The staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Everyone at the office was very professional, friendly, and always had a smile on their face no matter what department they were working in. I couldn't say enough or even find the words to describe my experience at the dental office. It's like no other dental office that I've ever been in. My dentist Chuck Pierson was a great blessing to me. I am very anxious in a dental chair and he made sure that my needs were taken care of and that I felt comfortable during the whole procedure. I whole heartedly recommend going to Wichita family dental I guarantee you ,you will not be disappointed.Thank you all who participated in my care especially Gaby who was at my side through the entire time .Gaby you are an Angel and I'm so thankful you were there for me.

I've been seeing the staff here for many years. Everyone has given me great care. On the rare occasion when I needed more immediate help they were able to get me in quickly. I have no plans to see anyone else for my dental care. They are pretty much stuck with me. ;-)

I usually go to the office on Ridge Road and they have been great. Due to scheduling conflicts I tried to use the East office. So we scheduled the appointment for a few weeks out. Day comes and I got my children up extra early and we got there at 7 am. The east office was very rude at check in. I had issues with the front desk staff, my children and I could hear them talking about us from the waiting area. Then, they didn’t transfer the records like they said they would, and instead of me getting an iPad to type in the info they tried to do it in the room. At this point she could not even get the information (my last name) typed in correctly. I felt very unvalued and disrespected. I felt that this was mainly due to having a larger family size, even though my kids were very well behaved. I would venture to say not large family friendly.

I’ve been going to Wichita family dental for all of my dental needs this year. Every time I’ve come in the service is very good and the staff is friendly. I’ve had wisdom tooth extractions, deep cleanings and fillings all of which have gone very well. I’ve had multiple doctors and assistants work on my teeth, they are always informative and helpful. I would recommend coming here to anyone!
