Late review...
Doctors and hygienist phenomenal. Front office with scheduling and billing ruined the whole experience. Insurance not sent in correctly which cost more out of pocket, a lot more. Scheduled twice incorrectly. These problems are why i went somewhere else for future care.
***Update: After review the dental office corrected information and sent a check for a refund amount. It was a year later but I am pleased it was resolved.

I had a really really painful tooth. My regular dentist of many years was unable to get me in until MARCH. Wichita family dental got me in the very same day! The nurse staff was incredibly friendly and the doctor was patient and kind and really made me feel like he was there to make sure my tooth pain went away. I felt heard and taken care of.

I brought my son and had an amazing experience the staff are so polite and treated us with such care ! As I was checking out these two lovely ladies called alisse and Elizabeth spoke with me during my check out and we laughed while having conversation. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this office to everyone family and friend of mine !

While staff was very respectful, they were not very informative. During check in (7:10am) I handed them my insurance card, which had all the details of my plan and obviously showing it was state insurance. Roughly 20 minutes into my appointment (7:38am), after the exam had started and X-Rays were taken, the receptionist came into the exam area and told me that they don’t accept state insurance and that state insurance doesn’t pay their providers and that everything would be out of pocket. She didn’t have me sign anything stating that I would be paying out of pocket or anything like that. After sitting there for awhile the dental assistant came back and I told her what happened and that I couldn’t continue with services. After that they had another receptionist come in and break down the cost of what was already done and what services they recommended. While yes everyone was professional in their individual interactions, overall I don’t find this to be a very professional way to handle interactions with patients that have insurance you don’t accept or patients just without insurance. Transparency and communication are super important in healthcare and this facility is definitely lacking.

I had to have a permanent bridge replaced, not the most fun thing in the world. Dr Begnoche and every staff member I encountered were all so caring, competent and kind. And let’s not forget Allison the magician! She made a beautiful temp bridge while my permanent piece was being made, and then created the finished bridge in time for my vacay! Wow!!! Thank you all for an incredibly positive experience!

Was disappointed that billing isn’t able to give me quotes over the phone for upcoming procedures. Instead, I’m having to take time out of work to come sit at the office while they get a quote and give it to me in person.

I got home from work, and right as I walked through the door, my son came up to me saying his silver crown came out. I called at 530 and they got us in with in with in 20 minutes of closing, they examined my son and took an X-ray. Come to find out it was just a baby tooth that had come out and all was good. They sent us on our way and didn’t even charge us for our visit! Thank you for getting us in last minute!

Dr B is my hero! My husband and I have been seeing him for our dental care for several years now. The office appears to run smoothly and efficiently. And the quality of his work is excellent. I hope that I don’t ever have to seek dental care elsewhere. He’s stuck with us for life!! 😁
