I can not be more pleased with the service that I received! Everyone was so nice Dr Meyers and Jackson took amazing care of getting my broken tooth fixed, setting up cleaning and another procedure. Everyone here works to make you feel relaxed, comfortable and welcome. I would say this is the best dental service I have ever recieved!♡♡ Thank you!

I may just start scheduling cleanings just for the fun of it. The staff here is phenomenal. I don’t know who is doing the recruiting, but they need a raise. Ashley did my deep cleaning and she made sure to get every part of my mouth. She went above and beyond and even went over on our time a bit to make sure I was taken care of. She was AMAZING. The whole staff is welcoming and you can tell this work environment is fun. These employees love their jobs. I will never go anywhere else!

I went in with sever tooth pain from a tooth another dentist worked on, the pain was unbearable so bad that I was in tears and shaking. When I tell you I was treated so well and comforted in a way that made me feel I was in good hands. Every person here is truly remarkable and special. They got me in asap took x-rays, went over options and got my procedure done the same day where the original dentist couldn't getme in until next week! I was so upset at losing this tooth I had literally gone in debt to save but they were so sweet and helpful in discussing options for a replacement. I also had a wisdom tooth that needed to come out that again the other dentist said I'd have to go to two other places to get done they did as well! When I say these people are truly wonderful I mean it and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and spectacular support.

Your staff was great but your services are not .. not a single person that has no insurance that walks in that door is able to pay the full amount of work needed done at the time of service and it is about a 90% chance you won't qualify for financial help so I can say that I was very upset when I left after spending $130 just for an exam and I was in dire need of some help and there was nothing you guys could do to provide me with a month to month payment. This dentist office was absolutely not for me

I had a terrible experience here. I first used the dentist’s website’s chat system to ask if my insurance was covered and was told yes. I then later on called to make my appointment for myself and my kid and asked again if my insurance was covered and was told yes and had to pay $70 for a deposit before even going to the appointment. When the appointment came I gave them my insurance and wasn’t told anything about being out of network. Everything seemed fine. The lady who took care of my kid did great. She was very nice and I liked her. The lady who did my teeth was fine, she didn’t finish my cleaning though with the flossing. The doctor came in and checked my teeth and was told I needed more work so I set future appointments and was taken to the back. I was then told I was out of network and had to pay $164 for the cleaning. I was shocked and told the lady that I called beforehand and used their chat system to make sure my insurance was covered. I was then told that they recently stopped taking my insurance and only one doctor from Derby still takes it. I paid my bill and told her to cancel all of my future appointments and asked what about the $70 I paid for for the deposit. She stated that I would receive that in a check a few weeks later from the billing area. I asked her multiple times to be sure and I left. I was very upset by this, the lady who was telling me about the out of network did not seem to care whatsoever. If I was out of network I would have liked to know beforehand before any procedures occurred. I would never go back to this dentist and location. The only good part was that some of the staff was very pleasant to interact with.

Staff at reception, and nursing staff were caring . Dentists were very knowledgeable regarding my problem from implant .I have full confidence in this practice .I recommend with no reservations.
