My mother went for dentures. When we called to schedule the appointment, we asked how long it typically takes to make dentures. The lady said since the lab is in office, it may only take 2 to 3 days. Turns out that is not the "typical" time, as is actually 4 to 6 weeks. Also when we went to the website on the front page, it said the "basic full" dentures were $299. As someone who has never bought dentures, this made it seem like it was a full set. Click more into the dentures category, you find out that it is for top or bottom.. not both. We left pleased with our visit. These were just our difficulties.

Had been dealing with a broken wisdom tooth for about 3 months. They got me in on Saturday and I was fully recovered by Monday. Dr. Kelly and Dr. Chip were amazing! They made sure I was comfortable and fully numb before they pulled it out. Now I am able to sleep a full night without having to numb my tooth.
Overall the staff was great and extremely friendly. I would recommend this place 100% . Thank you for giving me back my life, I am back to my old self now.

I recommend Aspen Dental because the people are friendly, the office is always nice and neat. The Doctors and Technicians explain everything that is going on. Every time someone walked into the area where I was getting my cleaning they always told me who they were and what they were going to do.

I was pleased with them and the service my son received. About a month or so later I received a bill and when I called they said my insurance would not cover. I called my insurance and I was two weeks to early for my sons cleaning. I called and Then went up there in person to see if they could treat this as a non insurance patient and they said no bc he was a minor. I then asked if there was a discount for a self paying patient and they last told me she would relay my request and someone will call me back. I still haven’t heard anything. I wish someone would call me back.

Total professionals. Obtained a second opinion from Aspen. They suggested one sensible change to the other treatment plan. Went in to sign-off accepting their plan and, much to my surprise, they had me in the chair for steps 1 & 2 only 15 minutes later! Incredible.

I have been very impressed with Aspen Dental. I had the most complete set of dental x-rays that I have ever had anywhere.
The staff is great, friendly and accommodating. I have enjoyed meeting all the dentists as well and they have done an excellent job on my teeth!!!

I was really impressed by the staff and the team. All of them went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Was very impressed with Dr Graves very professional all I can really say happy when I left. Dr Graves made all the difference in wanting to go to the dentist his manners are above and beyond.

I called around everywhere in Bowling Green just so I could get in somewhere to get my teeth fixed before the holidays. Finally came across Aspen that accepted my insurance and got me in pretty quick. Little did they tell me that the first appointment was only for X-rays and an exam to see what needed to be done. I got there early and didn't take much time at all they started my X-rays but after they took me to the back I waited for over half an hour and no one came and checked on me or told me how long it would be. When the doctor did come in he checked me out told me what was what and said the office manager will go over the rest and schedule my next appointment. That took another 20 minutes of waiting for her to come get me. All of the waiting and lack of information got me pretty fired up but I am thankful they are getting me in before the holidays to take care of everything so I can enjoy food again! I'll be sure to post again and let you know how the actual appointment goes!

A very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was very pleased with my visit which is unusual for a dental visit on my part. I have quiet a bit of work to have done before I have a pleasant smile again and I feel very confident that I’m in good hands. I’m excited to get started!!!

Everyone was nice from the front desk, to the dentist, to the consultant. Dr. Graves was pleasant and informative. He answered all my questions....no rush. I will return. Only negative is that the wait room could use refreshments. It's always a nice touch when Dr. offices have that.
