What a disappointment. I’m new to the area and wanted to find a new dentist and have my teeth cleaned. They spent an hour and a half taking x-rays and analyzing my teeth. I never did get my teeth cleaned but left with a $7k estimate for all the work I didn’t want done, and a promise to call me after they negotiate with the insurance company. This is not the kind of local family owned dentistry I am used to.

They told us twice that they excepted my husband's insurance when they do not. We traveled to two separate locations and they also claimed over the phone that the first visit was completely free even though they charge you for the next visit the sane day.... instead of after the next appointment. Very deceiving and unprofessional.

This was my first time giving Aspen Dental a try, and they were wonderful! From my original visit to my follow up visits, it's never been a long wait in the lobby. I've also liked how the staff interacted with me. They speak to me by first name and are very personable. Danielle and Jess did a great job making me feel comfortable and listening to my concerns. They both made sure I was well taken care of and all information was discussed with me. I would definitely recommend Aspen to anyone looking for a dentist.

Good experience even though dentist was late driving through storms. Antibiotic I was supposed to have was never sent to the pharmacy. They closed early because of storms today.

Staff is friendly but there is a lot of miscommunication. Office manager was not helpful. Multiple times in my case. They are not thorough with their work. Not consistent with plan. Apologies do not make up for time and money. Also previous experience. My significant other had a root canal and was sent to another office when they could not pull the tooth out half way through. Once he was at the office they sent him to they tried to make him pay $200 which he should not have been responsible for considering they could not finish a job that was started. Would not recommend aspen dental.

Well first visit was great but I was supposed to have my bottom teeth pulled and a partial put in on 10/31/22 and it was rescheduled until 11/7/22 because partial was not done and on 11/4/22 was called to reschedule yet again for 11/17/22 because again my partial was not done.

They were accommodating because I couldn’t find the place and it was raining they seen me anyway and the wait was like 7 minutes. The Dentist he was remarkable I didn’t feel no pain for my tooth extraction a little on the expensive side but it was worth it. You get Excellent Customer service .
