Awesome experience. I'm afraid of dentists. But this place was great. Nothing hurt.. not the shots or the tooth they drilled to correct a really deep cavity. Staff was very friendly and comforting. Great job hiring good people Aspen. I've found my new dentistry family!!

The dentist, I think the young cats name is Dr. Chandler did a phenomenal job, I had a filling fall out after 17 years (front tooth) so I was a little nervous (want to keep all my teeth, or just the first 26) He fixed that tooth, an also fixed a tooth that was slightly chipped. Looks excellence. The gals working there do a great job also. Very friendly an down to earth. The gal that gave me the shot so I wouldn't feel any pain went above an beyond! My face was numb for 4 hours. Excellence staff from the front desk gal, to the lady that takes the x Ray's to the gal walking you back! And especially the gal that does the numbing... Highly recommend.

Great, professional, friendly office and I felt they really cared about my comfort and anxiety. I had two teeth pulled each on both visits and the dentist pulled them with no problems and their confidence assured me. I recovered very well with very little pain.

Had a tooth emergency. Had no insurance and was in bad pain. They worked me in and got me seen. They were very nice. Ended up having the tooth pulled

Very bad. Inferior product , when I said it doesn't fit, they said basically , tough luck. Now trying to bill me again, when I paid in full before any procedure. When I call they come up with different reasons why they think I owe them, Elizabeth finally admitted that she saw the paperwork saying I paid in full but doesn't have the authority to stop billing me, hard to get ahold of anyone else, they do not call back

It had been a while since I had been to the dentist because I'd been battling 3 types of Cancer. The last one was very aggressive and I wasn't expected to live. My mouth was very sore from Chemo so dental visits were out of the question. The staff and hygienist were very understanding and took great care in examining my mouth for cancer and beginning new periodontal treatments. The financial department offered a reasonable payment plan. It was overall a good dental experience.

Aspen Dental in Bowling Green KY beside half price books is amazing. The dental assistants and the Dentists care to make you comfortable and to explain what's going on. They get you back at appointment time. You're not waiting for two hours wondering if they forgot you had an appointment.

After I paid for my dentures with cash they submitted a claim to my insurance and got paid twice. I've been trying for 5 weeks to get a refund for the credit on my account.
