Very positive experience. Had first visit yesterday and was able to schedule a bi-annual cleaning for early this morning.
Staff are very professional and personable. Jessica was my hygentist and did a very thorough and effective job cleaning my teeth.
I do have two suggestions:
1). The vinyl flooring in the exam, x-ray, and treatment area is in dire beed of cleaning, waxing, and shining. Like most healthcare offices, I suspect Aspen Dental has a contract with a firm or individual who cleans the office.
Whether contracted or done in-house, the floors were filthy today (11/15/18). An unkept and non-hygenic appearing work/patient care area does not engender patient confidence. And reflects poorly on the dentists, hygentists, and staff working at this Aspen Dental location.
In short, please address the need to clean and maintain your floors.
2) With temperatures in the low 30's this week, and with two entrance/exit doors in the lobby/waiting area, your central heat cannot possibly keep waiting patients warm. It was freezing in there yesterday (11/14/18) and I had on a down coat!!
Suggest either adding a wall-mounted heater or two (out of reach of children or patients and visitors). Or, consider having whomever you rent office space from install a second door with an enclosed area at your two current doors to reduce the amount of cold air that enters the lobby/waiting room.
Otherwise, a most pleasant experience.

Annual preventative exam - felt safe. Everyone that I saw wearing masks properly. The appointment started a bit later than scheduled, but once in, everything moved smoothly.

I would give Aspen zero stars if possible.
The staff was friendly enough but they were only interested in upselling services that I did not want.
I initially went for a regular teeth cleaning. They insisted on upselling a gum procedure that would cost $1700 after insurance.
When I declined, they refused to perform a regular cleaning.
I would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to Aspen Dental. They were unfriendly and I felt like I was being sold stuff by sales people instead of treated by professionals. I also don't believe their rediculous diagnosis of my mouth, since I've never had anything wrong with my teeth. I went twice and they still never cleaned my teeth, which is what I went for, and they gave me a treatment that I specifically said I did not want. Very u professional and unethical.

All they care about is the money. They won’t even talk to you until they tell you how much your bill will be first!!!! My gum was gouged, my lip was split and both bled, my temp crown fell out on the way home and I banged my head on the lamp they were supposed to be moved before you get up out of the chair. They’re so unprofessional it’s not ridiculous! I am seeking legal advice after they don’t care to discuss this with me. So I thought maybe I had been a little too critical so I called to try to make right. To my dismay they decided they didn't want anything to do with me and made that very snub and clear to me like I'm a second class bum. Now that it's a new year I get a call and a voicemail to come see them. I hope and pray this gets read by every patient that Aspen dental has and hope it hurts their business to make them very aware they aren't as good as they think they are. Bunch of quacks

Everyone was so nice and professional; Dr. Graves is awesome, really made me feel more comfortable since dentist visits aren't my favorite thing. They always explain prices clearly upfront.
