Honestly one of the worst times I’ve ever spent in a medical office. What I originally thought would be a quick visit turned into 3 hours of mostly waiting while I watched other people go in front of me. And once I was back it didn’t seem like anyone was in a rush to be polite, helpful, or efficient. I didn’t feel like my time was valued at all.
The dental hygienist I saw was a saving grace, she was so kind and sweet and very fast. Definitely would recommend going and seeing her!

I recently purchased a partial from Aspen dental. When it arrived it didn't feel like the fit was right. They really worked with me to get the fit perfect. They even said if they couldn't, they would make me a new one The partial feels great now. I want to thank Dr Newbern and Lexi for doing such an outstanding job!

I got my teeth crowned here and could not be happier with the out come! The lab sent the wrong color and they were quick to replace it and even undo some of the other crowns that I wanted changed due to the color after already being cemented down!

The Bowling Green office was wonderful. I really loved the Dentist I saw and the Hygienist was super helpful and knowledgeable about her field. The assistant who took my x rays was a new staff member and she was a joy! Super positive experience and will definitely go back.
