I went to Aspen Dental in Barrow for a bridge that had broken. When I had made the appointment I advised them I needed new impressions and a new bridge made. When I arrived the (dentist) who hadn’t seen me or my broken bridge yet told the tech that he was only going to re-cement the broken bridge. When the (dentist) came into the room he seemed uncertain of his abilities and did not seem to know how to properly prep the mouth and teeth. The bridge was not seated properly and fell out before I got up from the exam chair. He tried to re-cement the bridge again using a different adhesive but again did not prep the area properly and didn’t seat the bridge so now the bridge teeth are the only teeth that touch when I bite and it is severely mis-aligned. I would not recommend this facility or (dentist) unless an absolute emergency.

Didn't wait too long, and when they called me I was done in 15 minutes. Everyone there was polite and made me feel comfortable. Best part of all, no more tooth pain.

Bowling Green location:
My friend had a dangerously bad infection and needed the tooth out that day. No insurance. We called them on the off chance they could help, never been there before. They got us in that day, didn't charge us for the X-rays or the exam, and the extraction procedure went so smoothly that she didn't even know it was happening until it was over. Prices VERY fair and they offer discounts for patients paying out of pocket.
They care about the public and their patients.

I had my first appointment at Aspen Dental yesterday in Bowling Green. I am impressed with the staff and the process. My exam and detailed films were free and included a detailed evaluation and discussion with the Dentist. We put a treatment plan together, without any sales pressure, and they also provided me with a 20% discount as a cash customer without insurance. I guess I found a new dentist !

I had a very pleasant first experience with this office. I really enjoyed my experience because we all know the dentist can make you a little nervous. Paula is very funny and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Chandler is awesome. I look forward to become a new patient and seeing them again. How many people can say that about their dentist office? Come here you won’t regret it!

Only place in town that will take a DHMO dental plan but I'm glad about that. Staff is really nice, understanding and knowledgeable. Wait times are great. Even on busy days they will get you in at least at your scheduled time, if not early. They will work with you with payments and appointments to make sure everything lines up well with you. I've been coming here for over a year and have never had a negative experience.
