The service was excellent from the get go. the customer service was excellent also, there is not too many places in the US that gives great customer service. The young lady that was assisting was excellent also, she was clam and professional. And the dentist was excellent also, if I should put u guys on a scale of 1-10 I would probably give 11.

Absolutely would not recommend my wife went in because her mouth was hurting. She has a hereditary gum disease. Turns out her gums were infected and the teeth needed to be removed. She went in for what she thought would be a consultation and to get antibiotics, that turned into her being told the teeth needed to come out immediately. She was thier with our 7 year old. Nobody to watch our daughter, she had to call her parents to come sit with her. Sent her home with no guidelines or care package,No pain medications. After 3 days she called the office because she was still in alot of pain. The office didn't nit return her phone call until she left a bad review and the first thing they said when she answred the phone is we saw you left a bad review, how can we help! The price they charged was higher than the listed price and when asked why the price was diffrent she was told. OH YOU HAVE TO TELL US YOU WANT THE DISCOUNT. We will not be going back. Took 3 trips to thier office in 1 weeks time to pull 4 teeth and cost about $2200 first trips only 2 teeth could be pulled because she was in so much pain. 2nd trip to pull 2 teeth failed because she was in to much pain. 3rd trip she had to be put to sleep to remove the other 2 teeth. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do not go to aspen dental!
Ps. don't call us after you read this apsen dental because it will not be removed, because you can't help us this time.
