Terrible experience for both me and my husband. He had temporary crowns put on and they fell off three times!! I saw dr Le Hoang and he didn’t even use a dental tool while examining my mouth for cavities and decay. I could smell decay yet he said there was no problems. I showed him the black tooth at the gum line underneath my old crown and said maybe this is the problem, and he said no it’s suppose to die and look like that after getting a crown. SMH. I got zero help or relief from this place. Me and my husband both wasted our money and had to go to another dentist.

I had a walk-in appointment at 8:30 a.m. Monday 8/27/18 and was seen immediately. All staff from the front desk, the dental assistant and the dentist were outstanding. This will be my permanent place to go for any dental work. OUTSTANDING SERVICE

The pediatric dentist Dr Freemin and his assistant were amazing with my very nervous 7 year old. I can not say enough good things about his work and they totally know how to work with children. Without a doubt, I highly recommend bringing your child to Dr Freemin.

Just got off the phone with them because one of the criens Dr. Nguyen did broke at the gum line when I was doing nothing but laying down. I was told I cannot be seen because I owed something like $1500 on my balance when I planned on coming back to pay it down after he fixed another problem. I didn't want to pay them off after paying them over $3k because the ither thing needing to be fixed is a screw up on the dentist's part. I told him I had an abcess and infection in a tooth that he said I didnt until after he crowned it with no root canal. Then realized I had infection in the tooth when I went back with giant abcess when crowns finished healing.
I paid them a little over $100 to be seen that day because he messed up and now I can't be seen for an emergency again due to his screw up because I woe a lot of money.
Then Im being sent to collections today sonce I cant pay the full amount and I called.
This is literally the worst staff.

I went there today & the dentist had a very nasty attitude. He didnt want to answer any of my questions. He sent his assistant to come & tell me what he should have come to tell me. So when i told her to go get him he just was brushing me off. Then as i go back up front i hear him talking very disrespectful to the ladies who work in there for him. I also heard him say "just tell her what she will have to pay because i am not trying to be in here all day" as i looked around the secretaries looked scared. He is the little short Vietnamese looking guy. Plus he gave me this bogus price & refused to do what i came there for. Told me go find another doctor. So thats what i will do. And make sure everybody i know knows not to go there.

Web site says they are open at 8am on Saturdays, voice mail says Monday thru Friday, well I’ve had Saturday appointments in the past so I know they are open. Woke up this morning (Saturday) with a bad toothache, guess what they are not answering the phone. Guess I have to go to Urgent Care!! PITIFUL

It was my first time in a dental office since 2nd grade and I won’t lie, I was pretty nervous. Dr Nguyen and his team made everything much more bearable for me. I would definitely feel comfortable letting this team work with my teeth again!
