Had my routine 6 month checkup. Was looking forward to meeting the new Dentist who is taking over the practice but she was on vacation. I had the good luck of meeting the DDS(Dr. Karr) who was filling in for Dr. Vo. She was able to dx a problem & scheduled me several days later for a painless easy fix.
I was extremely happy with the outcome. The staff is as friendly as ever which makes the appointment fun even for the dreaded dental exam. All staff spoke fondly of Dr. Vo and were impressed with her practices. They assured me that I will continue to be impressed & I look forward to meeting her.

I don’t have Dental Insurance so I was terrified to go to the dentist . Then I found Dr.Vo office and everyone in that office was amazing and helped me make it possible to get my procedure done . I’m going back next week and can’t wait to finally get my tooth problems fixed !!!

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for 15 years and I was a bit apprehensive about seeing the new Dentist, Dr. Vo. My concerns were unwarranted. She was pleasant, competant, and patient. She didn't just make plans for my teeth, she showed me what was going on and explained how and why she recommended one of several possibilities.

Charged $ 155 for missing an appointment due to an urgent situation. Person at the phone sounded real rude and not in line with good customer service practices. Typically one would expect a $ 50 charge for not showing up at a Dental appointment but $ 155 is excessive. The staff on phone seemed to be having a bad day and lets that affect their work (unprofessional). Who tells a customer to take their business elsewhere when an appointment was missed due to an urgent situation , that too without any intimidation. The person on the phone sounded so un professional that I would not go there and would not advice anyone else too. It seems bad customer service may lead to decline in business for this dental practice (unfortunately). Also it seems that I am not the first or the only one to have dealt with this bad customer service too (several other reviews point to the same issue).
Also want to add that ; the appointment was placed as a result of several calls and messages from the dental office. The dental treatment I received was good but did not necessarily receive a follow-up until any issues encountered. But due to the calls I felt obligated to have a follow up (which I really shouldn't have since all indications are that it is not necessary until I see an issue). I would sincerely request this practice not to charge me the excessive amount of $ 155 .. instead there are several better ways to resolve the situation (like a smaller cancellation charge and a schedule visit based on the customers choice). But alas it seems like business practice and earning more gets the better of certain business as opposed to long term customer relationships.

This was my emergency appointment during Covid 19 pandemic because I broke a tooth. I was nervous but felt at ease once I called and was told what to do and to see what protocols and guidelines the staff and my dentist were following. They took good care of me and made me feel safe.
