The cleaning was very thorough and NOT PAINFUL. She took a lot of care as my teeth were very covered with tartar. They have all the electronic records there and available. Very competent dentistry.

I am not usually this quick to write reviews, but this one is worth it. From the moment I called in to inquire about setting an appointment, to leave the office, I had such an amazing experience.
The DH was so friendly, and patient. I’ve only been here once, but Dr. Moy was really nice, took his time & explained everything .
If you’re in the Aspen Hill /Wheaton area, look no further.

I love this practice! Every member of the staff of this practice is dedicated to the comfort and safety of their patients! I have experienced dental anxiety for a number of years mainly due to fear of pain because in the past I have had less than stellar experiences with pain management during dental procedures - This practice is patient, kind and committed to their patients needs - Shout out to my wonderful hygienist, Florence, and my dentist, Dr. Moy who have put my fears of a visit to the dental office to rest - Office manager Vicki is wonderful and is always there to assist patients with their concerns on any level - I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone from age 1- 100 - you will be greeted by name and treated like family - Isn't that what we all want?

I have been a patient with Dr. Dechter since ~1991. He remains abreast of developments to ensure excellent and fairly priced care. I have had the same Dental Hygienist, Asfoun, for ~ 10 years and greatly appreciate her attention to detail and her professional approach to my teeth. Adding Dr. Moy to the practice provides an excellent succession plan for the practice and patients. Oh, one final thing - I moved out of the immediate area and continue to travel to their office because I actually like the people.

I'm going to start by saying that I have major problems with my teeth. I know it's my fault but I'm trying to make a effort to get them fixed. I'm not rich bit I'm good at saving towards my goals. I first tried this place back in 2012 and the dentist kept making me come back for unnecessary cleaning. I know my teeth are bad but doesn't require a cleaning every visit. So I left because I was wasting money. I've tried other places but most didn't take my insurance at the time. I got a better job and new insurance and figured I'd give this place another try. I made an appointment and this was my fault but I thought I'd be able to make it. I called 2 days ahead to cancel. I asked if anything was available on Wednesdays and the receptionist told me no only tuesday. I asked again and again she said no. It didn't have to be right away I didnt care because i can only make wednesdays. I gave in and told her I'll try to get there on tuesday. I really did try but I take the metro so if anything happens, what the hell am I suppose to do?! I left work early and everything to try to make this appt. I called and let them know that i wouldnt be able to. I asked again if there was a wenesday. The girl seemed to have gotten mad at me for not making my appt. She finally said she can find me a Wednesday but I'll have to pay $ 45. I was already upset that I was missing this appt but why is it my fault? Why do I have to pay that fee when I basically begged for the only day I have off? I was literally about to scream and cry but I just told her forget it. I'll never come back here again. She replied with a yea. Basically saying that's what she thought. This place doesn't want to help people. They are after your money and only if you have it.
