I have been going to this practice throughout my childhood, and I've always been blown away about how warm and welcoming everyone is at Soft Touch. I am a patient of Dr. Bidabadi, who has been my dentist for years, performing routine check-ups, teeth whitenings, and even root canals. She's extremely personable, and I couldn't ask for a better dentist. Dr. Bidabadi even made my root canal process an easy one, which is a testament to the practice

My family has been going here since Dr. Biddebadi took over in Newton. She and her staff are warm, professional, and easy to work with - my daughter has been visiting this office since her first tooth! Have an emergency (cracked tooth, lost crown, etc)? They'll fit you in quickly. Highly recommend! Remember - the health of your mouth dictates the health of your body.

My experiences as a patient have been consistently excellent. The staff is attentive and promotes the best practices of dental health. They seize every opportunity to teach those best practices. Doctor Bidabadi always reassures me about the necessity of each procedure. She is always available for emergency treatment.

Dr. Bidabadi and her terrific team have helped me through issues both immediate and long-term, all with great success. I appreciate that she tells me what issues can wait and what should be addressed more quickly. I've always had issues with my teeth, but between the routine care they provide and the excellent repair work, I could not be in better hands. So glad I found Dr. Bidabadi!

Have been a patient here for years. I absolutely love it. The staff make you feel right at home and they know you by your first name when you walk through the door. For me, my teeth are super important and often, I need a long time and a lot of information to make decisions about whether I should get a crown, or whether I need to get a mouth guard, and other teeth-related decisions. I'm also very particular about what ppl do to my teeth and I have not yet been disappointed in the quality of workmanship I've received. These guys have also never pushed me into getting any services done that I don't need and have patiently provided me with all the info I ask for (e.g. cost, insurance coverage, etc) so that I can make informed decisions. Like one time, I had really bad pain in one tooth and they sent me to a specialist because they suspected that I needed to get a root canal but wanted an expert opinion to be sure. I ended up having a sinus infection that was treated with antibiotics and didn't have to get a root canal! I super appreciated how they had the expertise to see that I didn't have to go through a painful and expensive procedure when it was not necessary. The cleanings are also very thorough, which is really important to me because I really enjoy clean teeth. I highly recommend this office!

Both of my girls (ages 9 & 10) go to Soft Touch Dentistry and it’s always a relaxed, pleasant experience. The staff is very patient and comforting and my children never complain about going to the dentist!

As a person who has truly suffered from dental phobia all my life, I have found a talented and supportive dental practice to care for my teeth. My experience at Soft Touch Dentistry has always been positive. The staff is always kind, and I am always impressed with the friendliness and customer service skills of the front desk. They are always available to address any concerns, big or small.

Love Going Soft Touch Dentistry as they do a fantastic job of taking care of my teeth and have done for over 20 years people are wonderful I was great catching up with them highly recommend it

I recently became a patient of Dr. Bidabadi through a friend's referral. I had been suffering from gum pain above one of my top front teeth for awhile and was unable to make it go away on my own- luckily, she was able to quickly rectify by scaling the area during a routine cleaning. Her and the rest of the staff were attentive and committed to making the experience as comfortable as possible, and I was impressed with the extent of her expertise (she explained that debris can accumulate under the gumline, causing discomfort and inflammation). Overall, I'd highly recommend this practice for anyone who wants excellent care for a reasonable price.
