As always, Demetra was friendly and professional. The young lady at reception also made me welcome and asked for my information in a pleasant manner. Also the dentist whose name I forget but she checked my teeth and mouth carefully. Dental appointments are not something anyone looks forward to but at Dental Associates, I am always assured of careful and friendly people.

I had a different experience to other reviewers here. I had an issue with my implant so wanted to get it checked out. When I called their office, they tried to push me to setup a cleaning appointment first instead of looking at the actual issue. I declined, but this just felt wrong.
While some of the doctors seemed nice, I did not have a good experience setting up follow up appointments. They also messed up one of my insurance claims(which got declined) and blamed the insurance company for it. I had to get on hour long calls with my insurance company and had to help this practice file the claim correctly.
Almost always had to wait past appointment time to be seen by the doctor. Wish I had a better experience with this practice.

They are very clean and take a lot of Covid precautions!! The space is nice and bright and the rooms have great views of the water. The staff is also very friendly. Demetria has been my hygienist for over 20 years. I love Dental Associates!!!

When I said I had anxiety about dental procedures, they made sure to check in with me frequently to see how I was doing. The cleaning was really gentle and the filling I had to get went as well as it could (I'm still afraid of drills). But overall a lovely office, everyone that worked on my teeth was fantastic, and I'm happy to have found a new dentist!
