I did a cleaning and they suggest me for a teeth extraction, however they don’t do the surgery in the office, so they refer me to a different doctor. Dental associate did a full mouth x-ray, but to extract the teeth, the other office they refer me to need to do panoramic x-ray which shares the same insurance coverage with the full mouth x-ray. End up I have to pay for the fees, my insurance deny because dental associates already did the full mouths-ray first. If they refer me to the other office, they should inform me about this info. They did the x-ray submit claim. Earn the money, the other office too, I have to pay for it. And I end up did not do the extraction. Very disappointed

I left this practice after being a long time patient. Demitra is wonderful but if you'd like to be kept waiting in the chair for 45 minutes by Dr. Hootnick with no explanation of what's going on this is the place for you.

I had amazing experience on Friday , May ,18, 2018, I had done a deep cleaning, scaling with hygienist Petty. I felt no pain, feels like I was in a SPA, was great, can wait to go back and have the second part done, I highly recommend it .

Dr. Hootnick and his staff were very professional. Dr. Hootnick knew the crown did not fit perfectly, and chose not to continue with the procedure, until the crown is corrected. Dr. Hootnick explained the problem with me, and I have full confidence in Dr. Hootnick. Though the day did not accomplish much, I left knowing I was in good hands.
