New, clean and modern facility. Covid safety everywhere. Pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient hygienist. She explained everything that she was doing and why. She was gentle and kind. I highly recommend Dental Associates to everyone. Particularly if you have a fear of going to the dentist. They make you feel safe!!

Dental Associates has been great!! I hadn't been to a dentist in a longggg time so I was feeling nervous about going, but they were so nice and helpful. They were extremely thorough during my cleaning and welcoming to any questions I might've had. Coming in for fillings was painless and easy and Dr McCarthy really made me feel at ease! Everyone that I have had the pleasure of interacting with here has been friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend!

My dentist Dr. Tang and the hygienist assisting her, Emily, were wonderful! I came in for a filling and they went ahead and took care of that on my first visit (I am a new patient). I barely felt a thing. I also want to note that Megan at the front desk was instrumental in assisting me get dental service. I was unsure about my insurance since my father was the primary account holder. She did everything she could on her end to make sure that I had coverage to get dental care at their location. Fantastic service all around. Highly recommended!

Dentists change regularly so you never know you you are going to get. Some are good but some not so much. Dental hygienists get a five stars, though -- the best of any dental practice I have been to. Major billing problem -- sent me a bill for services provided many months prior and refused to itemize. Sent me a $300+ bill and when I called to ask why I was being changed so much, they sent me a revised $100+ bill. But since that bill also wasn't itemized, I still did not know what I was being charged for. Update: After calling the office and still not getting an itemized bill, I posted a 1-start review here. They sent me an email almost immediately explaining what the charges were on my account and admitting that most of the charges were, in fact, in error. Ultimately, I owed $11.

I required the removal of an old crown, filling a decayed area beneath it, and installing a new temporary crown. Everything was handled extremely well and very professional. I am very pleased with the dental services here after many years as a very satisfied customer.
