AMAZING is an understatement to be honest! Andrea went above and beyond to walk me through everything knowing that I have anxiety when it comes to dentists. She made sure all the pieces were in place before I even got to the facility so my first appointment would be effortless. When i arrived she introduced herself which made everything so much more personal and comfortable. She is definitely the reason why I went because she did so much for me which is amazing! Marlene was so sweet and funny and kept me posted with everything that was going on. The Doctor himself gave me so much information and let me know everything that will be happening in my future appointments. He made me feel at ease with the whole situation. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😊

I had my first appointment yesterday and it was fantastic! I haven’t been to the dentist in ages because I was afraid. The staff here made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They didn’t judge or shame me for neglecting my dental care. They offered positive suggestions for going forward and were so kind and efficient every step of the way. I left there feeling great and am actually not dreading going back. I would highly recommend this place, especially for anyone anxious or afraid to go to the dentist. Also, their office was the cleanest I have ever been to and they had thoughtful commodities like coffee and tea. Five big stars!

Let me start by saying, I have severe dental anxiety. It had been some time since I was able to step foot in a dentists office. That has all changed for me now. If anyone is reading this review and are apprehensive about making an appointment, please don’t be. My whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The IV sedation was excellent!! Everyone in the office was so great with me and my fears. Thank you Dr. Burt and Co for making me get over my fears. I will be back a lot more frequently now! I can’t say enough about SSD, thank you a million times for making me a fan of the dentist again!

Going to the dentist is difficult. I have had a lot of anxiety about going. When I went to South Shore Dentistry, everyone was very friendly, kind and understanding. I felt very comfortable knowing that Dr. Burt and the staff at South Shore Dentistry would not only guide me through the process of having my teeth evaluated and worked on, but that also they would utilize whatever technology etc to make the process pain free. I first came to SSD late last year with a cracked tooth and an exposed nerve, I was in a lot of pain. At the time it was at least 3 or 4 years since I had been to the dentist.
Fast forward and my teeth and gums are back to normal, and my mouth is healthy again. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the office.

I’ve been waiting a long time to find a facility that has good training in TMJ treatment. My first experience with them was awesome. I’d recommend to anyone. Also, the front office staff are incredibly kind and supportive.
