Dr. McCarthy is fantastic at her craft. Went in for a deteriorating filling, and she also noticed a small cavity on the gum line . She fixed both at the same time.. no fuss, no muss.. Erica on the front firing line got me in asap on a Monday morning. Fantastic staff, and high quality care...😊

I had a very good experience. Holly was absolutely great, very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable as was Dr. H. His explanation was what I needed to understand what was happening. There was no long wait, a quick check in and check out. Would definately recommend.

Dental Associates is a top-notch practice. I’ve had many cleanings plus fillings, crowns, and other excavations performed by Dr. Hootnick and his staff. I was impressed by my first post- Lockdown appointment recently. The Practice has a brand new facility at Crown Colony; they spent the last months getting a fresh start in the new location. Highly recommended.

Overall my experience has always been great. The receptionist are always welcoming and friendly, the service is very quick and they prepare you for the Dentist, who explains what is going to happen and everything is done with care.

Dr. Hootnick and his staff are the best. They provide excellent treatment and ultra-friendly service . The office is very well organized and their reminder process is just right, that is, not too bothersome. And, the location iin Quincy s very convenient. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not sure why their rating is so high. I'm probably the outlier.
I had a teeth cleaning a few weeks ago, which was a nightmare!
Their equipments are a bit old.
The girl who cleaned my teeth was so careless.
She broken my gum multiple times, so blood came out.
It took me a couple of days to recover. I even had some trouble to bite.
So if you want to have blood, please go there!

I've been seeing Demetra for all dental cleanings for a couple years, and she is amazing! Although Dental Associates has a great staff, I have had the best experience with Demetra and am always happy with the cleaning and care I receive!
