Excellent care. The people are really nice and professional. They are also willing to work with you regarding payment. I am on my second implant with them and am very pleased. They also have their own lab and are very careful with color matching.

Every aspect of my first appointment at Dental Associates, 300 Crown Colony, Quincy, MA was a 5 star experience. The receptionist was friendly, patient and very informative in regards to various dental plans that are available. My dental hygienist, Molly was very professional, comforting and explained every procedure that she performed on me. Dr. Hootnick and Dr. Casey were very professional and explained all suggestions for treatment in laymen terms. The office is new and the equipment state-of-the-art.

I’ve been twice and so far it’s been great. The staff had been timely and stick to your scheduled appointment. The place is clean and it’s easy to book appointments. The dental hygienists are friendly and straight with you about the work that needs done and the cost.

friendly and knowledgeable staff. Doctor explained concerned areas in layman terms so I was able to understand. Was able to get xrays,cleaning and doctor check up all done in about an hour! Unlike my old dentist where separate appointments were made for doctor and cleaning. Very happy I switched over from that and happy to be a patient at dental associates!

Metra the person that took my exrays was awsome warm kind person very very good at her job . The dentist was just as kind took the time to exlain whats going on and what needs to be done. Unfortunately Demetra at the front desk was very dismissal I had a question about the way the office put a claim in only because my Insurance did not cover and the reason the Insurance company said the didnt cover was because of tbe way it was billed....Her response over and over again was that is how we do it here and to me her ans was ridiculous I then asked who does the billing and she said she is not in yet. Well after seeing the doctor I asked the other person at the desk if billing person is in and she told me there is no billing person.....CRAZY.
