Such a great cleaning! Very friendly and helpful hygienist and staff. Definitely will continue to go.

I just saw that someone else posted about Great Hill changing their appointment times without notifying me or asking me first…yeah this is a real problem and it’s happened over and over. It’s highly unprofessional and every time I ask them and complain, they just play dumb and pretend that it’s a system error. But it happens so often and they are never able to give me my actual appointment time back!

It kinda doesn’t matter how good a dentist is if they don’t let you have your appointment time.

I have been to this office 3 times and have had really great experiences each time. The office and medical staff are both friendly and professional. I would recommend this place!

Good dentist, terrible scheduling: over and over, they do not honor my appointment times. For example, I get a 9:00am appointment next month and it’s confirmed. Then, close to the appointment, I get a text saying “reply yes to confirm your 11:30am appointment” to which I call and say my appointment is at 9:00am and they say “wow I don’t know what happened in the system but I have it as 11:30 and there’s nothing we can do about it.”

If this had happened once, it’d be an understandable mistake. However, it happens to nearly every single one of my appointments. I cannot plan around my appointments, I can’t take time off work, I can’t plan transit, because I never know what random time they’re gonna give me.

Is this an issue that others are facing?

Before I knew they had a Davis square office I was commuting to the other Great Hill location over TWO TRAIN LINES so hopefully that tells you how great I think this company is! Recently I’ve had 3 cavities filled over the course of 3 weeks and Dr Shaikh and the rest of the professionals here made each procedure as painless as it could be. They listened to my complaints and took it seriously when I said something hurts or that I was nervous about something. I’m so grateful for the transparent billing, their flexibility with schedules, and the many reminders they send before my appointments! Bonus points that the office feels warm and welcoming and they take covid precautions seriously. I’m really grateful that I found them - thank you!

Had my appointment yesterday as a new patient and it was a great experience! I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years and was a little nervous. But Dr. Shaikh and Juliana the dental assistant were both very friendly and put me at ease. They took their time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Would definitely recommend!

I've had regular cleanings, root canals, crowns, gum tissue grafts, and orthodontics at this office over a period of 25 years. I'm always pleased with the results, and the staff are pleasant to deal with. I appreciate having multiple different specialists under one roof, and also that the staff of doctors has been very stable over that period. Thankfully they are in the rather limited network of dental offices that my insurance covers, so I can't say how their prices compare. I probably should have given five stars, but I can't quite bring myself to be that enthusiastic about ANY dentist!

Dr Lhamo Tsering and her assistant were very professional. Receptionists are gentle, nice and efficient. Recommended.

I’ve been to many dentists and I can by far say this is the best one. Dr. Peter is the reason I say this. Couple years ago he took me right in ( I had an emergency ) and my dentist at the time wouldn’t take me and he did. I changed dentists right there on the spot. I have a lot of work done on my teeth and he is perfection on how calm and relaxed he is while working on me. He is understanding when I have had to cancel because of kids and passing of loved ones. He is taking care of my teeth and helping me when many other dentist just wanted my money. I appreciate that . There are not many good ones out there like him. Thank you Great Hill also to the staff out front and to the dental hygienists. You are all wonderful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Definitely appreciate this dental practice. Everyone was very kind and super efficient with my appointments.

All questions asked were answered and the care was very gentle. Definitely a place that I recommend.
