I have worked with many of the dentists and assistants within Great Hill Dental and have had very positive experiences. Most recently Dr. Bahadoran has been working with me for a year and a half on Invisaligner Treatment. She has been absolutely wonderful. I self admit I am not the easiest dental patient and she has really been super helpful and encouraging throughout the whole process. My whole family goes to Great Hill and even my four year old daughter still gets excited to go to the dentist, it's one of her favorite places!

Unfortunately, the staff are rude and uncooperative.
After waiting for an appointment for 4 months, receiving confirmation text messages, they called to cancel the appointment.
I got a text message confirming my appointment, 2 hours after I received a call saying is cancel because my hygienist is going on retirement. So the only option is for the next day on a time I can’t do it, if not Aug. I asked for another option, the answers was there is no openings. The manager, Valerie Acevedo is put on the line and she starts yelling to me saying they are offering a time, so I can take it or not.
I asked not to be yelled and a manager to contact me. Which she replied they will contact me if there is an opening.
Still waiting.

I give this place 5 stars thanks to my new dentist Dr. Sana Ahmed. She did a superb job explaining to me what sort of dental work I needed. She patiently showed me my X-rays and would stop during teeth cleanings to show me what my deeper teeth looked like with the help of a mirror. Her bedside manners were great. 5 stars.

Liz and Dr. Peter were quick, professional, and most importantly, painless! Everyone here is super friendly especially the front desk staff. (shoutout to Michelle!) 10/10 would recommend to anybody in the area looking for a new dentist, I preferred this visit to every other dentist I've been to.

I would recommend Great Hill Dental to anyone. It is a very clean faculty, and they have a very professional and friendly staff members. I've had some work done by Dr. Michalowski, and I had a wonderful experience. He described the process and made sure I was fine with the procedure before proceeding. I love the way the staff treat their patients; in every visit Rosa and Virginia make me feel comfortable and welcome.
