I shouldn’t be writing this post, but here we are. To start off the staff was overall amazing to be around. The older hygienist lady was a gem, and she made my experience overall better after I explained my concerns. I came today for X-rays, and a cleaning. The assistant who was taking my x ray pictures (and training at the same time) put the equipment on the bare counter, touched what was going inside my mouth with NO gloves. She rubbed, and touched every ounce of that equipment with NO GLOVES. I assumed that she since she wasn’t using gloves, that must of meant we weren’t using that, but I was wrong. As a cherry on top as we were doing the x ray the piece of plastic used fell out of my mouth, and onto the X-ray vest and she did not clean, or put new plastic on. Nope, SHE REINSERTED IT. As someone with a compromised immune system, and severe anxiety of the dentist already, this only made me feel 10x worse. I told the hygienist, and another lady there, to which they were both accommodating to what happened. I’d give 5 stars to the older hygienist who cleaned my teeth as she was truly amazing, but I am severely disappointed with the sanitation of this dentist.

I love everything about this dentist. They are timely, thorough, and all-around nice to work with. I also love the ortho that I had the pleasure of being serviced by for my Invisalign. I love my smile and they always compliment me on it as well.
