This is one of the worse Dental offices I have ever been to they are very unprofessional. Especially the dental hygienist. I was sent two flyers one saying the office had moved and one stating it had not moved. I called they head office they gave me the new location. I went there everyone apologized but the dental hygienist would not clean my teeth .

Today was our first visit and I was truly impressed! I have a 5 year old and 6 year old who are very curious and talkative. Our hygienist Erin, was SO amazing! She was truly helpful and did an amazing job. Dr. Whitaker was also a pleasure! All of my concerns were addressed and we will be returning for our cleanings. Thank you to the entire staff for being so kind to my family!

I have been with Bright Side Dental for a few years now. I went to them initially for an emergency situation. The staff was so friendly that I never left. They greet you with a smile when you enter and make you feel welcome during your whole visit. They staff know how to make the client feel comfortable in what could be a stressful moment for the client.

This was such a pleasant experience for my 87 year old mother. She was tired from all the appointments I took her to earlier in the day and we missed our 2:30 appointment. Katie got us in for a 4:00 which made Mom’s day even longer and she was stressed about missing the earlier appointment.
They were so kind and welcoming to us when we arrived and Mom immediately relaxed once she met Erin the hygienist. She made Mom laugh, talked to her with genuine interest and was so calming. Mom said that was the most fun she ever had at the dentist and talked about how sweet Erin was all the way back to her nursing home. I can’t thank Erin and Katie enough for making my Mom’s long day have such a sweet, happy ending.

I am so incredibly happy I found this office! Everyone always makes me feel so welcome, they’re great at scheduling and getting you in quick. They also go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, talk you through procedures and make sure you’re okay. After having an awful experience at my last dentist I will never go anywhere but here! They’re great!!

Everyone I interacted with here was so nice and comforting! I got a cleaning and two fillings and the dentist showed genuine concern for my pain level throughout and finished super fast:) I was in and out in under 2 hours including x rays too, I’d recommend them to everyone!

I enjoyed my visit to Bright Side Bloomfield very much! The staff was friendly and efficient. I was also very happy with how knowledgeable everyone was. At my last dentist I was never properly educated on how to improve my oral care. I was used to just hearing what a good job I was doing, and I didn't realize that there is more I can do to help keep my teeth and gums healthy. The hygienist and assistant took the time to recommend some dental products that will keep my oral health on track. I appreciate everything!
