Not my cup of tea. The hygienists are nice enough and front office staff is polite. Wait times are a little long and the dentist...gah...his personality leaves something to be desired. "Rock and Roll! Sooo Awesome Sauce!" etc. etc. The barrage of over-the-top phrases could be overlooked if he seemed like he actually had any connection to the patient. It's okay but I think we'll be heading somewhere else next time. (Prices seem a bit high as well.)

I was guided to this office and I was beyond pleased! Dr. White and his staff treated me so well! I was a bit nervous going because it had been a while since I had been in, but my nerves were quickly set at ease. I strongly recommend this office! You will not be disappointed.

Set appointments for myself and family 6 months in advance because of a busy family schedule. The week prior to our appointments we received 3 texts asking to confirm the date and time to which I did. 3 days before I was asked via email to confirm appointments again. The day before I received another call in the morning to confirm the date and time, which I did. The day of our appointments I receive a text message stating that our appointments were moved up 30 minutes without confirming. The scheduling system is redundant and broken. When calling the office there are lots of apologies but everything is blamed on technology. Needless to say there are many other dentists available that will honor appointment dates and times. When this office opened it was fantastic, the longer it is in business the customer service has declined.

I have to sing praises for White Smiles and Dr. Dustin White’s technical ability as a dentist and patient care. His staff is also very competent and attentive when it comes to tooth extraction and cleaning. He put me at ease with full explanations and let me know what to expect with the healing process.
Initially, I came in for a root canal with an infection. Dr. Dustin treated my infection and efficiently completed the root canal in one visit! I have to say, the infection caused my pain that took about a week to subside. Years later, there was no question or worries when I needed an implant. I took 2 Tylenol for pain after the procedure and forgot to take more. That’s why we avoid the dentist, right? Not incidentally, I never felt pain during any of my procedures. Dr. Dustin and his assistants continually checked to make sure I couldn’t feel a thing. In fact, I asked when they were going to pull the tooth and it was already done.
Dr. Dustin has extensive education with dermal facial enhancements. Treatments include Botox and dermal fillers, to newer cutting edge treatments such as PRP, BNI, Micro Welding and Micro Needling, I plan on having PRP done when I go back for the crown on my implant.
We all need to have a reliable dentist in our lives. Dr. Dustin White is the one!
