Came in for the Veterans Day special. I’m appreciative that they put in a bridge at no cost to me. The bridge has been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS since put in. Part of the bridge sticks out on the backside, enough to fit a toothpick in. It’s so sharp enough that it cuts my tongue. The design does not match how my teeth were. So obvious that when I smile you can see it’s totally off. I’ve been back to address the issue and they have yet to offer to fix it. So, now I have to live with this in my mouth. ON TOP OF THAT now they send me a bill for coming in after the Veterans Day special to look at the bridge, an HAVE NOT have not even fixed the problems. So disappointing

Dr. White was the worst dentist that I ever used! No one likes to receive novocaine, but White was horrible at injecting the drug. Novocaine wore off while he was drilling and I about jumped out of my chair three times, but I wasn't going to give him another chance administering novocaine, so I sucked it up and let him finish the job. What a nightmare!

The staff is awesome. They go above and beyond to help their patients. I had a filing that came out and it was discovered when I was in for a cleaning. The dentist stay late to fix it the same day.

I had the worst dental experience of my life at this facility. The dentist first told me a procedure would work and it didn't rather than have a bridge. He said even though my tooth was healthy to get a root canal in case theres issues once the tooth is covered. Most dentists try to save your teeth.I didnt want to destroy the tooth but he pushed for it, like a fool I gave in.He required the money up front stating over and over they stand behind there guarantee. When it didn't work, every bite I took the artificial teeth stood straight up. I was very upset I wanted my money back. He said he would only refund half of it. After back and forth they said they would do a bridge but he used temporary material and it cracked within days.He told me it was permanent material.
Again I went back and this time the tooth he has covered with bridge is like 1/4 th exposed. How can I stop decay now easily. The dentist said it doesnt matter. Ive never seen a cap or bridge with so much tooth exposed. With the root canal and other procedures I've never had so much pain, hes far from gentle.Then I get a letter in the mail he's dropping me as a client.The only way I would of returned is if the bridge broke or issues with what he did. I'm sure because I'm holding him accountable he wrote me off. He has no intention of standing behind his work.I'm putting in a formal complaint so others dont have an experience like this from him.The only positive experience I had was with his kind hearted dental assistant, she tried so hard to make it right. I want all my money back since he wont stand behind his work and not doing what he stated he would.THERE'S MANY GOOD DENTISTS OUT THERE ...FIND ANOTHER ...DONT GO THRU WHAT I DID...

Besides being a pretty good dental office what really make these guys stand out to me is that in November they’re offering veterans free to come in. Way to go way white smiles
