Horrible experiences at White Smiles. Nerve damage that I am still dealing with today (over 10 months now), then they used the permanent cement on my temporary crown which resulted in an hour of extreme nerve pain as they tried and tried different tools and drills to remove it. All without Novacaine as that is what caused my nerve damage (they pierced a nerve when administering weeks earlier so another dose would have worsened my it) On top of all this, Dr. White took 3 weeks after multiple messages to call me back regarding the nerve damage. Said he had no answers for me and would send me references for oral surgeons which he never did! So disgusted with them. Oh, and if you are a current patient make sure you look over your dental bill. We have found 3 bogus charges through the last couple years that I called about and they took off. I suggest you stay far away from White Smiles.
Update: I find it interesting that I had to repost this as my original review was deleted. Perhaps other negatives reviews have been deleted as well? I would check the one star reviews before deciding to go to White Smiles.

I had a great experience, my appointment was quick and for someone who is a working professional it was nice to not spend the whole day at the dentist. Dr White has always treated me fairly and looked out for my me and I will always continue to come back. My hygienist Chastity does a great job too. If you want a great practice to go to without all the time wasting efforts most dentists put out White Smiles should be the dentist to go with.

We have been going here for about u years now. They are great, especially with kids! Patient and understanding. Not to mention I was there with all 3 of my kids today, my 1½ year old was running around during my cleaning and they were very helpful. Redirecting her back over by me and not being rude about it.
