Left work early for an appointment, double checked ahead of time that they accepted my insurance, and arrived early to fill out all the paperwork. “Magically” didn’t accept it when I got there and was filling out paperwork, tried to have my pay out of pocket. Wish they wouldn’t have wasted my time/paycheck.

Excellent care. Had emergency appointment. They go over and above! Dental assistant was very kind and helpful with my crying baby. I appreciated them so much under the difficult circumstances!

Very accommodating! I had an emergency and called several places to find everyone booked out several months. My coworker suggested Midwest, I called and they were only open until noon as it was a Friday. Receptionist talked to the dentist and she said for me to come on in and they took care of me!! I was super impressed and will be going here from now on! They were very professional, nice and understanding! 10 stars!!!

I have very high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. She did her best to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
I liked that there was a big screen infront of you the whole time where they show you your X-rays, pictures of your teeth and explain what they are doing and what you’re looking at.
They also went over all pricing throughly and let me know what insurance will cover and how much out of pocket etc.
One thing I didn’t care for was the open concept of the rooms. You are only separated by small movable partitions so you can hear the other patients being worked on. I hate the sound of the drill so that was the only thing that was unpleasant for me. Otherwise overall good experience.

Everyone at Midwest Dental are very friendly and informative. They make going to the dentist less stressful and make sure the patient is comfortable. I recommended them to my husband and would to anyone else.

I had a very positive experience at Midwest Dental. Dr.J and his staff are great. I thought that I was going to have a procedure done. Dr.J said he wanted additional e-rays before starting , after reviewing them he determined that I did NOT need the work done. ALL Of THIS AT NO CHARGE TO ME. What a great feeling to know that Dr.J double checked out of concern, and I left without any charges. Thank You DR. J . I"m looking forward to my next visit.

Very clean and up-to-date facility. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They right away what the problem was and fixed it. No more pain.

I dreaded going to the dentist and used to have to do sedation dentistry to get me through an appointment. The first visit was full set of x-rays and cleaning. There did seems to be a lot of work recommended but Dr J was willing to prioritize the work and help me maximize my dental insurance for the year. In two visits I was able to get 10 cavities filled and a partial denture. I really like the Saturday appointment option. Dr J was patient and calming during my visits. I didn't think that I would get to a point where I didn't dread going to the dentist and now I have a dentist that I am OK seeing.

I have severe anxiety going to the dentist. I was completely relaxed and highly impressed with how kind and compassionate Elizabeth Laabs and staff were. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I went for cleaning my teeth, Sarah did a wonderful Job!
A few months ago I went in for a couple of fillings and Dr. J did a fantastic job with the work. He was professional by explaining the procedure and competent. Also, when I walked-in, the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. I would strongly recommend this clinic!
