Midwest Dental Big Lake

My husband and our three kids have been going there in the last few years. Recently our two youngest, ages 9 and 5, had their every six month regular cleaning. Our youngest forgot to bring her stuffed animal with so she was a little nervous. One of the assistants, Dottie was very sweet and told my daughter they have little stuffed animals that she can hold on to while they do the cleaning. They care about their patients. We are pleased with their services and will continue to come back.

My whole family has been going to this location for over 10 plus years. Dr. J & Andrea (front desk) staff are very knowledgeable and really care about their patients. Midwest Dental has all the recent technology and text message reminders for up coming appointments.
I would recommend this dentist to my friends and family.

Really awesome place!!!! Very very friendly staff. Dr. Jay is awesome. He knows how to take care of all of their patients. He did some fillings on my son and next day I received a call from him asking how he was doing. Really awesome place and I highly recommend it.

Recently visited the Midwest Dental clinic, outstanding customer service from the front desk staff. Dental hygienist, Sarah and dentist, Dr.J did a great job with cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction! Very professional, pain free, and excellent care! Will definitely recommend this dental clinic.

So far it's been a great experience. everyone's super nice!!!!

Its the only place open on the weekend and I like not having to take a day off to get work done. I had to drive from St Cloud but the weekend thing made it worth it. OK staff but my dentist changed a few times over a few years so the turnover seems a bit high. And the equipment was rundown. I kind of felt like I might need a tetanus shot after each visit. I changed to a local dentist but I would go back. The work was ok.

Wecare Dental staff are very friendly and I have been receiving excellent service from them for the past several years. My Dentist is Dr.Jay (Jaganathan) , he is very knowledgeable, professional and well experienced in all the areas like root canals, fixings etc and has been providing excellent service for several years. I liked the way he explains the existing teeth issues and resolving the same in well experienced way. Dr.Jay is a excellent dentist and helped me in saving my teeth by his treatment.
His patience is very appreciable and never rushes with his treatments. He always took his time to explain everything he did and helped me understanding my complicated root canals treatments. Also, he explains the best & alternate ways to fix the any tooth related problem. I am driving nearly 40 miles every time from my home just for Dr.Jay's expertise. Its been very good dental experience all these years.

I referred many of my friends and relatives to Dr.Jay for their Dental problem and everyone had a GREAT service from Dr.Jay and all were very happy with his service.Dr.Jay always thinks and provides a best longer term solution which saves my money instead of fixing in short terms many times.

Dr.Jay has been doing fantastic job and I highly recommend him for any kind of complex Dental issues.

I went in for a routine cleaning and x-rays as a new patient at Midwest Dental Big Lake. It was my worst dental experience I've ever had. I showed up on time but had to wait 40 minutes for the hygienist and then proceeded to spend another hour and a half in my appointment. The "cleaning" was anything but productive; I basically paid for her to just floss my teeth. I also need to mention her extremely poor bedside manor! Dr. J came in for the exam and told me that I have 11 cavities that need to get filled right away because "they would hate for me to lose all my teeth". My last dental visit at my regular dentist, I had 1 cavity that they were monitoring so it didn't seem right that all of a sudden I had 11, so I went back to my regular dentist for a second opinion and they said I have only 1 that should get filled. My regular dentist is Midwest Dental in Eau Claire, WI and I am appalled at how poor my experience was at the Big Lake location. Their staff was far less friendly and professional and their facilities seemed to lack in updates and patient privacy. I would NOT recommend going here unless you like to get ripped off.

Everyone at Big Lake location is amazing! we are grateful for the experience that we have because we have a 7 year old son that enjoys going to the dentist! thank you all for your hard work!

So many things went wrong, I don't know where to start. My questions weren't answered. The fillings I was supposed to have done were random and they didn't even get the right teeth! The filling compound used to fill was left all over my teeth. My complaints were never addressed. There were several other problems too so I filed a complaint with MN Dental Association. My complaint was "rejected" so WeCare Dental didn't have to fix all the mistakes they made. I just started going to a new dentist and he corrected all the problems. This office is more like a production line with TONS of dentists who work all hours. 90% of their dentists are Vietnamese with very poor English. Maybe they work cheap? I would never recommend this place to anyone.
