STATE INSURANCE NOT ACCEPTED!!!!!!!

I was a patient of the Smile Center before it became WeCare Dental. Since the dental office changed names, I had been forced to visit the Sherburne County offices to obtain both medical and dental state insurance. WeCare Dental does not except this form of insurance, and refuses to treat any new patients that are insured through the state. I understood the fact that they are not excepting new patients, but I had been seen in the when it was called Smile Center, and still I was turned away despite the fact that they had me in there records.

Smile Center will not treat anyone with state coverage whether they have a emergency situation or whether it is a standard check up.

EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PATIENTS WITH THIS TYPE OF INSURANCE, AND SHOULD NOT WASTE THERE TIME VISITING THERE OFFICES, OR CALLING TO SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT.

Great friendly, professional and prompt service! I was able to get in right away to fix a cap. Repair was done quickly and professionally! I recommend them for your dental needs.

Had a appointment set up for 6 months after my daughter last appointment there and they call to confirm her appointment the day before and then call me back at 4:55 pm the day before to tell me they no longer take her insurance!!! Really I have a appointment set for 6 months (they stopped taking her insurance Jan.1st they said) and their just telling me the day before when I've taken off work and had to move stuff around to get her there!!!! And the person I talked to on the phone acted like it was my fault for what insurance I had, not a sorry or anything!!!! Oh yeah, And I wasn't impressed at all with the place last time I was there.

I went in for a teeth cleaning and to fix a front tooth that had a chip that had fallen off to be filled again. I spoke with the front office over the phone to confirm insurance and what was covered before I came in. When I got there for the appt, I spoke with the front desk again about the insurance to be certain they had all information correct and I was only receiving services covered by my insurance. I had the X-rays completed - a more complex one than normal along with the normal ones, and the teeth cleaning performed. The dentist informed me I had a tiny cavity that needed to be filled along with the front tooth. I asked what my insurance paid and was told they paid 50% for the fillings. I was given the cost breakdown for each and said I could only afford one of them, so chose to get the front tooth done. The dentist seemed to rush the procedure and was not happy I did not pay to get both done. At completion, I said something didn't feel right and was told it will be fine and will smooth out. I thought that was odd. Then I left and awhile later received a bill from them stating I still owed money!! What?? I called and spoke to the front gal again and she said my insurance did not pay for the other complex X-ray. I asked why they did it if I had specifically stated to be sure I am only getting what insurance paid for. Then asked about the filling - she stated my insurance pays for one filling!! I was shocked!! In the office it was stated I needed to pay for half!! I again asked about insurance and said she the payment for the filling went towards the complex X-ray and I didn't have to pay for the filling, but still owed the office money. SCAM ALERT!!!! A true bait and switch! I called my insurance to be sure and they verified what I thought. Am now filing for fraud with my insurance. Do not go there.... they do not provide true information!!

My dental needs chaned due to a job change. My husband researched and we decided on WeCare Dental in Big Lake, MN. I was skepticalonly bebecause I wanted a dentist closerto home, but I need to say that I was quickly proved wrong. Office staff is friendly and detailed. I didnt plan on going into late January but found myself with a dental emergency. I had Dr "J" as he likes to be called. He was amazing. Very professional, and he asked me very detailed questions regarding my general health to help determine the problem. Intellegent man, did awesome work and found myself feeling very comfortable at this clinic. He wwill be my dentist of choice and will recommend this clinic to friendly and family.

We appreciate everyone in the office, kind and caring, and very welcoming.
Dr. Ramakrishnan made my daughter happy to smile with her teeth showing, something that braces for years didn't do! So happy!!

I took my ten year old to the clinic and the staff was very courteous and Dr. J did an outstanding job explaining the procedure and extracting the tooth. Very impressed with the great equipment.

I have been coming to We Care in Big Lake for 2 years for general care and have been pleased with the service and the price. When I needed to have a crown done, Dr. Vu took great care of me. I was a bit nervous as this was my 1st crown, but all of the staff - from reception to hygenist and especially Dr. Vu - really made me feel confortable with the process.
I honestly felt like Dr. Vu took his time and really cared about making sure the crown was an exact fit (and was concerned with my comfort at all times during the procedure)
I was suprised and very happy to find that in as little as less then 2 days most pain and sensitivity was nonexistent.
I don't normally write reviews but felt like WeCare and Dr. Vu were worth it. Thanks!

HORRIBLE! I went there once to just get fillings done. And the dentist did the worst job I have ever seen in my life! He didn't even fill the cavities. All he did was put fillings in random spots on the left side of my mouth. They were suppose to do work on the right side as well, but they never did it. They just kept telling me to set up another appointment to come back. I do work and go to college and have a child to care for. I cannot keep coming back over and over again.
I had this work done on the left side almost 2 months ago, and I'm still not able to chew on that side of my mouth. Every time I bite down, it hurts SO BAD!
So now I have to go to a different dentist and have them fix the left side of my mouth.
Which whatever the price is on that bill, WeCare WILL BE paying for it.

Im so appreciative with how caring and direct the staff was. The fact they were able to get me in asap and were sensitive to me being in pain. They put me at ease with their compassionate and down to earth attitude. Seriously cannot thank them enough!
