The dentist has a heavy indian accent that made it difficult to understand. Was not gentle with the novacain injection. The tooth is sensitive after the filling and it's not very smooth either. This dentist is the reason why kids fear going to the dentist. Not recommended.

My prior dentist wanted to pull two teeth and an extra $300 above my insurance to clean them. Pro Dental did the cleaning free with my insurance and saved one tooth. The other tooth was a wisdom tooth so no need to save it. I did feel they were rushed a bit because of only having 1 dentist. I was in pain when I first camw in and they really didn't seem too sympathetic. Kinda like it too routine for them so just deal with it. I will go again. I'll do another review then.

the staff at the desk are nice, but it really does not make up for the work they do in the back. I have gotten fillings a month ago from Pro Dental and my teeth have been super sensitive ever since. yes I know it is normal for a few days or so, but it has been a month and it is still in crazy pain. I wouldn't complain if my teeth have been getting better over time, but it is actually getting worse!! I called in 2 weeks ago for a follow up and when I got called in for my appointment, they didn't even check my teeth! they just told me that it was normal and then they gave me toothpaste and that was the end of the appointment. it has gotten to the point where I'm dehydrating myself because it hurts too much to drink anything, even if it's at room temperature. it even hurts when I'm not drinking/eating anything, or even when I take a deep breath. I will be calling tomorrow to schedule a follow up AGAIN since the first follow up wasn't even done properly.

update: called in and the lady was super nice, tried to get me in the same day and even asked if I was able to go in right now.

Go somewhere else if you want good dental care. It's not worth it even if they take medical assistance.

Pro Dental failed to recognize the severity of my tooth infection and overall dental health condition. I was told that my dental health was fine other than some cavities and that they didn't see anything "major" or "out of the ordinary" with my tooth infection. I was recommended to just get a regular cleaning which I would have to wait 4 months for.

After waiting for only 2 months, I went to a different dentist and 2 others from their referrals just to find that a lot of bone was lost from the infection and the tooth needs to be extracted. Apparantly, the infection had been going on for a while, long before I even went to Pro Dental. So much bone was lost that I would need a bone augmentation procedure for an implant. I also needed a deep cleaning rather than a regular cleaning to recover my dental health. I'm sitting here thinking, how did all I get from Pro Dental was that I just needed a regular cleaning?

Hard to imagine that within just 2 months, I went from needing just a regular cleaning to needing a deep cleaning, tooth extraction, and bone augmentation procedure. So much time, money, and dental health was wasted waiting for this "regular" cleaning with Pro Dental that I didn't even need. Maybe I could have saved some more bone? Who knows. For sure, Pro Dental is the worst dentist ever.

I went to this clinic as a referral from my insurance company as I needed a dentist fast in my area. I went in with half of my face extremely swollen from infection and needed a tooth extracted I was in severe pain from the infection and having them poke around at it the night before at urgent care. The dentist came in I explained that I have extreme Anxiety about dentistry and he just mumbled something I couldn't understand and was interrupting me as I was trying to ask questions and explain when this started he didn't care at all. He then starts pressing on my cheek very hard and then goes to look into my mouth and starts taking a needle and stabbed me at least 4 times without telling me before which was extremely painful! He then left and I sat there for 20 minutes while he went patient to patient very quickly, I told his hygentist that I'm not numb at all and she said she will tell him. He comes in 10 minutes later and I told him I'm not numb except for my lip and he said that's a good sign. He then looks in my mouth and I assumed he was going to numb it more but instead he starts yanking the tooth out as I'm screaming that I'm not numb and I can feel EVERYTHING!! He didn't stop nor care and pulled my tooth out then stuck his tool into the socket and said he was getting infection out then got up and left. That was extremely painful and I was in tears and in shock. I drove home in extreme pain which I'm still having 3 days later and I'm shocked, disgusted and very angry by my experience there. I am new to the area and looking for a new dentist for my family and this place will not be it! Nazir lacks respect, compassion and communication skills and I would not recommend my enemy to go to this guy. This was a horrible and traumatic experience and I'm still in pain!

Worst dental visit. I was referred by the insurance company and I regret going to this place. I got fillings and my teeth were sensible for more than two months. It was a horrible feeling when my bottom teeth touch the filling. I finally schedule an appointment with another dentist and he said the filling was not done properly. The dentist doest seem to care about the patient. He gets the work done very fast i left the office with little pieces of my teeth in between my teeth. They didn't bothered to make sure my teeth felt ok. As soon as the dentist was done he got up, didn't say a word to me to check if everything felt ok. He got up and left to the next patient. Horrible dentist! And horrible experience.

i am in the database!

Should be call Pro Butcher of Blaine. Went in to get a tooth pulled 2 weeks ago he pulled it but started doing some other work in my mouth that had nothing to do with the tooth I originally went in for. more pain now then before and I keep finding little chunks of the tooth he pulled out.

The first visit (cleaning) I would have given it 5 stars. The dental hygienist was awesome and the experience was positive. I went back a week later to get my wisdom teeth removed and mentioned how I can only take Tylenol and no NSAIDS due to GI bleeds/ulcers (which is in my medical charts). I'm guessing they thought I was "drug seeking".
I get it...I'm a nurse. Come home and first day or so I'm uncomfortable but whatever, they were just removed...2nd day my right side is definitely worse but I still wait it out. Today my ear and cheek are throbbing so I decide to call and see what they can do .The dentist isn't in today and now I have to wait until Monday to see "if" he'll prescribe me with anything (which by that time, I probably won't need it). All the while, my sleep is being disrupted and I'm in a lot of pain.

During the extraction, he told me to raise my hand if I felt any pain . My left side was good and numb but I raised my left hand when he was yanking on my right side to tell him I was experiencing pain. He didn't stop to numb it more (like he said). I don't know if this is why my right side hurts so bad but I'm considering canceling all my appointments for my children and myself that I had made in advance.

I want to add BOTH hygienists and desk staff were friendly and amazing.

Well, I’ve been going to this clinic for 8months now, and I’m already very impressed! Dr Nazir is always professional, friendly and courteous focused on the top quality of the job. To sum it all: Great staff, great billing policies, (forgot to mention that before) great dental office. I definitely recommend it!

If your looking for caring staff and a GREAT dentist, you found the place!! Both my son have been going for a few years now. Whenever we need a filling or anything you can get an appointment usually the next day. I have had a crown put on by Dr Nazir, he explained everything that would be done the benefits from crowning the tooth to extraction. Fast forward, started getting tooth pain. ( not to bad) went in. He said before we do a root canal on the tooth try this. ( he wasn’t in it for the money. He really wanted to help) well a few weeks later pain has gotten a lot worse. They got me in the next day. He showed me on my X-ray what was going on. Tooth needs root canal done. He explained exactly what that consists of. I will say this is the BEST dentist I have ever been to!!! I have never felt rushed or unsure of the treatment plan. Best hygienist also!!!
