I went to Pro Dental for a cavity after getting a recommendation from a friend, the experience I had was great. The area was well lit and the atmosphere was friendly. Dr. Nazir was very professional and he explained everything as he was doing it. I will be coming back every six months!

Sat in the waiting area for over 30 minutes with my son today and he never was called back for his cleaning. Other people just walking in were called back before us.I just decided to leave and will hopefully find a better dentist office.They over book themselves and you never can get an appointment in a timely manner EVER! Their system of business sucks and needs to improve.

He is the only dentist and has numerous clients at once meaning you’ll wait for hours at a time. I am suffering more pain than before due to his treatment and will be looking into legal actions. I shouldn’t feel more pain due to his treatment, than prior. I’m miserable and will be seeking treatment through another dentist. Be aware!

I went to Pro Dental due to it being the only place I could find that accepted Ucare. I had a lower right molar extracted.
A few hours after returning home I looked in the mirror and noticed that the bone was exposed on the inside of my gums, next to my tongue and right on the inside area directly next to the extracted tooth, not in the tooth socket itself. I had not eaten anything at this point and was careful not to touch that side of my mouth with my tongue. I did not bite my gums as I was very careful to be aware of the area nor would this even be physically possible.
I returned a week later after going to the Dr. to get antibiotics due to the gums being red and inflamed around the exposed bone. When returning to Dr. Nazir he immediately denied any responsibility. He brought out a model of the mouth and showed me that the area that he was working on wasn't related to the area of the exposed bone. He said if he slipped with his tool it wouldn't have hit where the injury occurred. I didn't follow his logic as the injury is directly next to the extracted tooth and had his tool slip it absolutely could have hit right where the gums were scraped away. He then attempted to shift the blame to his assistant who was using the hose to suck out saliva/blood while he was working. This was extremely unlikely compared to the more likely alternative. He was using metal/sharp tools in my mouth and a simple slip would have caused this injury. Considering he was exerting a lot of force/pressure with these tools while assessing the tooth before extraction it seem far more likely that he is responsible than his assistant. His assistant was simply using a hose. He told me it looked like it was healing up nicely and that if it didn't heal on it's own he would have to remove the bone so the gums could heal over the top.
It has been roughly 3 weeks and the bone is still exposed and I just finished the round of antibiotics. The swelling is gone and the pain is now minimal. I will likely be pursing legal action if my rights weren't signed away in the paper work. I would have had NO problem and considered it part of the risk. But he flat out lied to my face. I do not feel comfortable going back to him to perform any further service.
I've gone through every scenario I can think of where this injury could have occurred and there is nothing else that remotely fits. It's the only option that makes sense. I didn't eat anything before I noticed. I didn't have anything in my mouth. His assistant didn't have anything sharp/hard in my mouth and with the hose didn't exert the force necessary to cause the injury. It's not physically possible for me to bite or scrape that location with my teeth. He thought that maybe since my mouth was numb for a couple hours I might have eaten something hard and caused the injury. I understand that it was completely numb and had I eaten something hard or had something hard or anything at all in my mouth, I could have been responsible. I didn't.
Regarding the tooth extraction, it is healing nicely and I am very appreciative. But considering his inability to accept responsibility followed by his attempt to shift blame to myself first then his assistant I feel I have to say something. Thank you!
