The Doctor needs to slow down he is always rushing and it negatively impacts his work. He doesn't wait for the numbing gel to take effect before injecting novacane So what's the point of the gel And hes just overly aggressive with the whole procedure filling the tooth grinding he needs slow down. He's the only one there most the time and overwhelmed with work rush rush rush he gets the job done but at a price

Dr. Nazir is an excellent dentist and his staff is very professional. He took the time to explain everything during my visit. For example, when I got my teeth cleaned, Dr. Nazir and his dental hygienist were very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. He is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Nazir to everyone. He is the best dentist I have ever had!! Thank you

I have been to various dentists in this area, and this is by far the best one. Dr.Nazir is an extremely nice and helpful doctor that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking dental care. The staff are extremely courteous and welcoming. Even if you’re in a lot of pain, you can count on them to help you find a way to fix whatever the problem is. This is 100% the best dentist you can find in this area.

The most awful dentist I've ever been to. I was neglected as a child and my teeth suffered for it. I went to this dentist and he was very rude and condescending. He asked "Do you do drugs? Because your teeth are awful! I'm not going to help you if you're not going to take care of your teeth!". I thought that was seriously awful and I have never done drugs either. The entire visit was him just accusing me and telling me my mouth was awful and he isn't going to help me. I went to a different dentist that I have to pay for out of pocket. I'd rather pay $3k to get my teeth fixed than to see this dentist ever again.
To add to that, both of my sisters have him as a dentist too, and they both don't like him either. They have had similar experiences at this establishment.

Worst experience I’ve ever had on a dental chair!! 1st they tried to do 5 fillings without no pain medication, obviously that wasn’t going to work and i had to ask for them to numb me up!! Well that only meant that I’m taking to much of their time!! It was obvious they were trying to rush the whole process!! Left me with a huge filling that my impacted my tooth was in horrible pain after leaving there, mind you I had no teeth pain prior to this visit!! Took me 6 days to find a different dentist to look at my teeth and I’m in pain still!! STAY AWAY!! Wish I had read all this reviews prior to my experience. Found a different clinic and they lost 5 costumers!

This is a terrible place, I don’t believe Dr.Nasir is actually a certified doctor. if he was, he wouldn’t inject a patient without informing them and giving them an incorrect diagnoses. This happened to my wife who’s a nurse and understands her rights as a patient.
He stated that she needs a root canal and injected her without giving her any warning, or even getting her thumps up to move forward with the procedure. When we confronted him, he said “fine you can go somehow else”. Since my wife was already num, we asked for a second dentist to see her, who stated she DID NOT NEED A ROOT CANAL.
Although, the staff were friendly and supportive they all understood our pain and seemed that they are always subject to his rudeness, I feel bad for them.

I had MA insurance & this was the only dental office in the area I was able to go to. When I made the appointment I did not read the reviews and wish I would have first.
The receptionist was EXTREEMLY rude & unprofessional. Should not be working in a customer service position to say the least. Only good thing about going here was the women who cleaned my teeth, she was wonderful.
Next I saw the Dr who was in and out in about 1 minute or less. He told me I had 3 cavities, and that he would remove my wisdom teeth in the office. I've never had a cavity so this was a bit of a surprise to me.
Both of these would be a first time for me so I wanted information on what the process was and what to expect. Also, I was confused why I was not being referred to an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth? I guess you can do it in clinic but I would prefer to be under while undergoing a surgery...…….
When I asked questions about where they were located and the process of how to fix, he rushed through his answers and said I need to schedule with the receptionist. So I did... & she told me the Dr should have went over this with me.
Previously I've gone to Park Dental & have always had the Dr go over findings and recommendations for my teeth. This did not happen whatsoever. I understand different clinic do things differently but it was almost inconvenient for everyone there to treat me with respect. I've always enjoyed going to the dentist & this made me never want to return!
Leaving I was really upset because I did not get the answers about having 3 cavities. I also have never been treated like this for a cleaning... I read the reviews online and saw other people stated they had the same experience & went to a different Dr for the fillings, come to find out THERE WERE NO CAVITIES.
I finally have different insurance & have seen a different Dr & guess what still don't have cavities. Guess they magically disappeared! I actually told the new Dr about my last exam with Pro Dental & she double checked the xrays & my teeth. There are zero cavities and zero issues with my teeth.
I would avoid going to this clinic as my experience seemed like they rush patients in and out. Treat patients with MA with complete disrespect, & try to milk the insurance for additional dental work we don't need.
I will never go back here & would never recommend anyone to ever go here.
UPDATE: Now with the response from ProDetal there is a HIPPA violation. You as a medical practice can not disclose my private medical records, including but not limited to when I have had care & how many visits I've had.

I had the best experience I’ve had with any dentist here. The staff was very friendly and the work the Dr. did was amazing. He transformed my smile and did so with complete regards to my needs (I get dental anxiety due to severe pain in the past experienced from procedures). He made sure to give me plenty of numbing agents and did the work so quickly I couldn’t believe how it could look so good so quick and with no pain. I am so pleased with my smile now and happy to have these three fillings taken care of. The colors match perfectly and I am proud to own the smile now. Dentist was a very nice man and I can’t thank him enough for working with me with the payment. Keep up the great work guys, thank you!

I’m reading these reviews and I don’t get it.. I have been here twice and have had great experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is busy but he was nice to me. As far as waiting, in any medical setting there are some delays. I anticipate this with any kind of appointment. However I was in an out of there on the last visit within an hour, getting 3 cavities filled.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is you do get the feeling of being on an assembly line. The dentist does his thing and then leaves. I get it though.
In the staffs defense, I have to say this, going in with a good attitude and understanding they are busy, also realizing that this business has more than one customer(you).. might get you better results. Being short with them doesn’t get you anywhere forward.
I’ll be going back for sure!

All female staff are great. Dr. nazir is rude, has poor interpersonal communication skills, and does not listen to his patient or their support persons requests. I feel like this dentist office takes advantage of the fact that they are one of few that accept Medicare in the state.
