Pro Dental

I should have read the reviews first before going there. My insurance wouldn't cover sedation. Which is fine with me. I asked for a price, OVER PRICED. I called around and found out there are places that will extract a tooth with sedation cheaper. The people working there are just rude. The tone they have with people in person and leaving messages. And when they are told about it they get more of an attitude. Lets say I will Never go back there and highly suggest not going there!

I am basing this off of the receptionist there. Her name is Jasmine I have had two different experiences where she has been rude and hung up on me. As a receptionist I expect you to be able to do your job of at least taking calls in a polite manner. I cannot believe she just hangs up on people the way she does.

Clean. Kind staff. We liked the dentist.

The dentist here is a greedy jerk. He packs in as many people as he can, had 4 things going at once when i was there, i got 2 teeth pulled- told him repeatedly that i could still feel it the entire time. Ive never been in so much pain in my life- and he tried to tell me its not pain it is pressure. I was crying, screaming, the whole 9 yards and he wouldnt wait or fix it. And treated me like an addict after what felt like him ripping my jaw off. 2 days later im still in a lot of pain and have run out of the 5 vicodin he 'so generously' and begrudgingly gave me. I will never go here again.
*UPDATE*
8 days later, i am STILL in excruciating pain. I went to the hospital and a dr spent a lot of time with me, my jaw is chipped and horribly swollen. He explained that when anything traumatic happens to your body like it did with my extraction- your body sends lactic acid to the area to thin the blood- often ending in a dry socket. So i have dry socket as well and dr will not work me in to give me any relief.

2ND UPDATE
1.5 months later and my jaw is still so swollen that my gums continue to rip open.
The dentist refused to see me and treated me as if i wanted pain killers when i simply wanted him to pack it so it no longer hurt.

I am in the process of reporting this dentist to the mn dental association.

Everyone was awesome there, was called in before paperwork was barely started!!! I am so happy with what was done with the chipped tooth and various cavities, I actually smile with confidence again!!:) one more appoinment within a week and then a permanent crown and I'll be finished, definitely referring friends toi pro Dental!!!! Thank you all so much

When I went here about 2 years ago, I thought this guy was cool. He brought me in for a checkup. He told me I had a few cavities, and a couple weeks later, I got a filling. The very next week, he brought me to have 2 root canals and a filling, all in the same day. I have extreme anxiety, not much with dentists until I met with Dr. Nazir. I always got the nitrous oxide when I would be having something like this. His hygienist put the mask on, then he put Novocaine in my gums, and when he was done, he started working on me. I was so confused because the week before, he waited until I felt numb. When we were almost done with the 1st tooth, I apparently was moving my tongue too much and he told me "to relax my tongue". HOW DO YOU RELAX YOUR TONGUE?! Then he said "I can't work like this" to the hygienist. WHAT KIND OF DENTIST DOES THAT?! When I got out of the office, I was crying and my mother vowed not to take me there again. Now that I have a broken tooth, we may have no choice but to go back to this office. I'm scared that they will tell me they'll have to pull it because I absolutely hate this man.

Edit: So my mother and I found a new dental office. My mother apparently had 4 cavities when she saw Dr. Nazir, but when we went to see this new dentist, there were NO CAVITIES. Dr. Nazir obviously was trying to scam us into giving him more money. And whoever is seeing a new dentist after Nazir, ask the receptionist/dentist to check your records to see if that is the case. If it is, please report it.

I couldnt get an appointment with any dentist, called all morning, most didnt take my insurance, or werent takeing new patients, pro dental was kind, professional, quick, and got me in and bedside manner fantastic, thank you pro dental, terry s.

Very clean place and very professional. I was nervous going in since I haven't had a dental appointment in over 3 years but the staff were all very friendly and helped make my experience a good one. Would definitely recommend
