Pro Dental

Front desk was great. Once I got in back i was very uncomfortable from the start everything seemed in a rush, Dr was not nice really rude not gentle very very painful didn't wait long enough to numb my mouth, I felt forced to stay after i tried to stop and leave. I left crying and had to see another dentist cause a piece of tooth was left behind. Terrible place. DO NOT COME HERE!! Id give 0 stars if i could and looks as nothing has changed in 2 yrs since i last looked

Did not have a good experience here. The dentist (Dr. Nazir) did his job and that’s it. There was not even a hello or any attempt to reasuure the patient during the procedure. Especially sucks when the patient does not know English. The dentist was too rushed and had poor communication skills. If this place was not the only few ones that accepted our insurance, we would have left immediately.

Today was the WORST! What happen to Dawn? She was obviously the glue that held this place together. Took the new front desk employee over a half hour just to figure out my son's insurance. She obviously has no experience with medical or dental insurance, she was trying to put my son's TRICARE insurance in the system as MA. "Isn't tricare county insurance?" You have to be joking me! My appointment didn't even start til the time my son's appointment was scheduled, so here we are a half hour late and instead of fixing my broken tooth they proceed with a cleaning instead and say they'll get to my tooth later. So we play ping pong between me and my son and then by the time they get to my tooth it's over an hour past my appointment time and my baby is hungry, they tell me they need to work on it now but then when they begin he has the nerve to tell me my baby needs my attention. Ok which would you like me to do? GET SOME TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND GET DAWN BACK IN! I hope I can find a new dentist now before my tooth breaks even more. Thanks for wasting my time today!

This is by far the best location I've gone to for dental check ups/cleaning. Dr Nazir is super friendly! He truly cares about his patients and is willing to work with you to help you with your plan, He's very understanding and sympathetic towards his patients if they have been going through difficult times he will work with you to resolve the issues such a super nice guy! His staff are super friendly and nice. The hygienist I saw was named Joy she was very polite and sweet. if you're due for your 6 month cleaning or need any dental check ups Dr. Nazir and his staff at pro dental are the right people to see!

I went in to be seen about my wisdom teeth. I have anxiety and I wrote that on the paperwork they had me fill out for them under the additional information I would like them to know section. They told me they wanted to pull my bottom two wisdom teeth out that day and that they would just numb it. Being very nervous I asked if I could first find out if elsewhere would do sleep sedation for the procedure. They said that was fine.
I found out my insurance won't cover that. I called prodental back to make an appointment. The woman answering phones put me on hold for over five minutes. When she came back she said she would call me back after speaking with the doctor on how to schedule my appointment. No call back. I called two additional times the next day to be put on hold for over five minutes until I decided to just hang up both times. The day after that I called again. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and she came to the phone and I again tried to make an appointment for my wisdom teeth.
In summary, she beat around the bush a lot but finally said prodental will not see me again because I wasted their time.

I have always hated going to any dentist because I end up with one's with a terrible attitude to the patient. I'm starting to wonder if that's what they look for to hire one!

If you are a nervous about dentists I would suggest skipping this one.

We worked with billing to have a missing front tooth replaced. After hearing several options, we decided on the least expensive procedure. We were told after insurance we were responsible for 2 payments of $425.00 one a first visit and remaining on work completion. We agreed and paid in full. We we told we were paid in full. 6 months later we received a bill for almost 1500.00. We were told more work was done than we agreed to!! Needless to say we were shocked and dismayed. Pro dental is guilty of a bait and switch scheme! Had we been told of this upfront we would have not done the procedure and gone elsewhere. I have emailed Prodental on several occasions and called 5 times to billing. To NO resolution. We feel we have been scammed and as seniors on SS benefits, we can’t afford to be. We feel that Prodental is responsible for their lack of ethics and need to do the right thing. My husband suffers from a heart condition and the stress has caused a need for a heart procedure to be done in the next 2 weeks. What a terrible business to be involved with. Maryjo Theis re: James.

HORRIBLE!!!!! As the assistant started to clean my teeth with that tool that's sharp, she started nodding off! No joke, she started to nod off with that thing in my mouth! I kept saying "ouch" to wake her up! She was slurring her words before but thought maybe it was just me. After so much I asked her to stop. Eventually, the office manager came in and spoke to me after hearing from another assistant what the issue was. I had to ask the office manager if we could talk in private due to the nodding assistant right there. She proceeded to tell me her brother had committed suicide the week before and maybe she was just really tired. She told me I would have to reschedule and that I couldn't get it for another 2 months! I was floored!!!! They kept her on, taking care of other patients while she was obviously under the influence of something! After explaining my shock to the office manager about her request for ME to reschedule she had the nerve to tell me that she's never seen me before! As if my word was no good! I'm still reeling over this. I have filed a grievance with my insurance and needless to say I will NOT be going back there. A side note: the dentist came in for 1 minute, looked in my mouth and said, "You need fillings, lots of them." and left. He did not address the hole in my tooth that was causing me pain due to the old filling falling out, did not explain when to come in for fillings, how many, etc. This place should be shut down!
ADDENDUM: I didn't read any reviews until after I posted this. Office Manager's name is Jodi, apparently, and is not just a problem with my situation. This "manager" needs to go!

This place is a joke. This isn't a place to bring a person with special needs to. Dentist was very rude to the patient. Had my client in tears! I feel bad because I recommended this place, never ever going back. Seriously is he a real.dentist?! I had to give it 1 star in order to comment.

After reading prior reviews I was concerned about my visit and considered cancelling.
I had my cleaning and x rays then the following week had some work done, everyone was was so nice and the Dr. Was very good.I would have given 5 stars but I waited 45 mn past my appointment time.

Horrible dentist!!!!! Just there for the money. Goes from patient to patient very quickly, doesn't even talk to you when your in the chair. Pulled a tooth, didn't put gauze in to stop the bleeding. Just put partial back in mouth over the open bloody hole! Been to this dentist plenty of times because it's hard to find dentists that take my insurance. Every time we leave in pain and feeling ripped off. Also not handicap accessible!! No handicap doors!
