Worst place ever!! The doctor here is so bad!! If you go here you will only be finding his Tesla. He does not care for the patient at all… just look at you for 2 seconds and charge 300 bucks. I took my mom and he was rough doing a quick X-ray and then they put a claim for tooth removal when he didn’t even do it. Just seeing him do the extant I didn’t want him touching my mom due to his roughness and rude nature. He wanted to remove the tooth quickly and when I asked him my mom is diabetic and hypertensive he didn’t care. He is only after money and I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL… please run the opposite direction!!

Overall good experience, this is my first time at this location. The dental assistant Zoya was very friendly, she made me feel very comfortable and gave me reassurance and was there for any questions that I needed answered. The clinic was clean and dr Nazir was nice, he moved a little too quick for my liking but overall it was good.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office! Botched Implant, which got so infected under my eye was a huge swelling and when he ripped out my implant screw a bunch of my dental bone went with it and still swells up over the bridge that I HAD TO GET..oh but he gave me 20% off pffft. My new dentist has me on major antibiotics trying to clear the infection. Last but not least going in for a routine root canal and his tool breaks off in my tooth casually he tells me I'm going to have to go see a specialist to get it taken out and pay for it literally they did nothing to help me with it gave me a few numbers which nobody was taking new clients so none of it worked. Everything I paid out of pocket for which was around 6 grand I have to pay even more for to get fixed not to mention the tool left in my tooth that should have been covered !!!! Just HORRIBLE!!!

Great dental hygienist named Sunny ! The complaint I have is that when we entered without a mask, because we don’t have any , we asked for one and they told us they do not provide one. We were asked to leave and wait in our car for a phone call. This made my family feel like second class citizens. Most places provide a mask if we need one. ☹️

There accounting services are awful. It took me forever to get my first bill.I asked for it several times and when I finally did get it I was demanded to pay now or they would stop with my work. So know I gave them a insurance check and they put it in there bank in Feb and in July they tell me it did not go thru. My insurance sent me a check but I was all paid up so I figured it was mine.

They make going to the dentist easy! Very descriptive of the procedure and was able to slip me in when I didn’t think I would have time! Definitely would recommend

They were able to see me within one day to take care of my tooth that needed pulling. Staff was very nice and professional.

Nice and small, not too corporate or busy feeling, with friendly receptionists and a relaxed atmosphere. I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Nazir and the great dental tech (sorry I forgot his name) made me feel safe and relaxed. It only took a few minutes to fill a cavity and pull out the tooth right next to it and the novacaine shots didn't hurt much at all. They did a great job!

My wife had setup an appointment for me (I was having tooth and jaw pain) and the first time she called (Beginning of October—to see if our insurance was accepted), they told her, that as a new patient I could get in within a week or so. She then called the next day to schedule, and was told they didn't have openings until December. She talked with a supervisor and was able to get me scheduled the following week. (And she had just scheduled and had her own appointment the week before) I arrived for my appointment only to find that they never scheduled my appointment. I was in their system, but no appointment was ever made. And again, told that they had no appointments until December. I live in Cambridge, so driving over 45 minutes just to find this out, and then have to drive all the way back home. I also suffer from anxiety of driving, and doctor visits. So this was a double whammy for me. I was shaking the entire way home. UPDATE TO THEIR REPLY: How Interesting they’re trying to say in their reply that I’m not in the system and that I was at the wrong clinic, they found me in their system when I was there and it’s a place my family been to the week before. So I was fully aware of the location. So now they are calling me a liar.
