Receptionist on Friday afternoon was so unhelpful and didn’t care to assist in any way. I asked her if I could to talk to a doctor and all she could say was there are no doctors, but there are always on call doctors in case of emergencies. She just continued to act clueless and transferred me over to her supervisor who was in a different city. When I called again she just ended the call. She is unfit to do her job.

I am in a wheelchair and completely unavailable to walk but everything is so wheelchair accessible. We drive an hour just to be seen there, I see Connie for everything and I love her but I haven’t met anyone there who isn’t extremely nice!

i ingested the prescribed narcotic oral sedative on time and arrived on time. The dentist knew the narcotic's peak time but he was 'delayed' and let me sit in the waiting room 20 minutes past the appointment time. in the waiting room a patient addressed me about the decoration on my wheel chair and I awakened. the dentist hardly attempted to put the equipment in my mouth and didn't bother to try a smaller tray. had i been seen on time and the dentist prepared, 50miles on the house vehicle would might not have gone down the sink drain for an aborted appointment

Seriously, this place is terrible. I has my daughter in and they spent maybe 10 minutes with her. I called because I broke a tooth and do not have insurance. I need something low cost. I was told it would be 200 just to be seen, then another 300 to remove a tooth. This is not including x rays or anything else. This is supposedly a nonprofit yet it's more expensive than any other place. The woman I spoke with was rude as well.

Worst dental clinic I was ever involved in. Ended up losing every tooth they worked on. Had so many x-rays I am still afraid. My new clinic did one x-ray and all work, restoration is now complete, no pain at all. At appletree when I said the drill was painful the dentist said " bare down, I am not wasting anymore novacain", I never went back. Barbarians!!

I would give them ***NO STARS***! If you cancel without a 24 hour notice (including on Friday for an appointment Monday APPARENTLY) they will only allow you to schedule same day appt only! For SIX MONTHS!! Apple Tree Dental has very unprofessional, rude, uncompassionate and condescending "receptionists" that couldn't care less about you nor their job duties - you're a number, not a person... Do yourself a favour, go down a little ways on Springbrook Dr., and take a visit to Gentle Dental Family & Cosmetic Dentistry on 85th Avenue, by the Target, Sears Outlet and Osaka Restaurant there - the nurses and dentists and receptionists there are kind, compassionate, understanding and very professional. VERY UNLIKE Apple Tree.; worst so-called, sad-excuse for a dentist I've EVER seen!

Apple Tree dental is by far the worst dental office ever. My boyfriend went in for a tooth extraction TWO days ago which has resulted him in severe pain, it was infected and it was bad. They perscribed him some antibiotics (that he has been taking) & a pain medication. He was able to get his antibiotics just fine but has had the hardest time getting his pain medicine. We both have called both Appletree and the pharmacy numerous times. The pharmacy has been super understanding and trying to help us get ahold of Appletree dental for him to receive his meds. Appletree dental sent his meds to the WRONG pharmacy an hour away from us. So we called to have it transferred and the pharmacy can’t do so until someone at the dentist office calls and confirms it. He has called a handful of times just asking them to pick up the phone and give the pharmacy a call, they haven’t. It’s been TWO days. They keep saying they will pass the message to the doctor or to someone who can call. They haven’t. We just spoke again and now they are saying they will do it tomorrow. Going on day THREE without any medication for his pulled infected tooth. I would NOT recommend this dentist by any means. When we were there the front office lady was very rude and not very helpful at all. I am very very disappointed in this office and we will NOT be returning.
