Had a text message to receive care earlier... ...I press Y and it sent me a confirmation text. Showed up early for the appointment and said I was still booked for the original date.
Need to fix the ....text so we know to call in to confirm a reschedule from someone's canceled appointment. Drove there for nothing.

Staff are very professional and friendly. The dentists are very skilled and explain everything clearly. They are often very busy but go out of their way to accommodate me if possible so my wait times are minimal. I really have nothing bad to say about this dentist office, one of the best I've ever used and one of the few that accept my health insurance which is very nice so I don't have to go out of the way to see the dentist. I easily give ATD 5 stars and would recommend it to everyone I know in the area.

My Mother was trying to be seen at another dental clinic, the new clinic had requested for her X-rays. I signed the paperwork to release her info to the new clinic the morning before her apt. The email never reached the dentist so he refused to see my mother.
How long does it take a send an email?! Apparently it takes more than 24 hours.
Apple Dental has very unprofessional, child like adult receptionists who are too relaxed about their duties. When I called asking them to send the email again, they seemed irritated by me. If anything, they should have apologized!

My wife waited over 45 min to be seen, then offered to reschedule because she knew that they closed at 5 and the work that had to be done would exceed that. They said no it was fine, well after they capped one tooth and had her all numb, said that they would feel more comfortable rescheduling to complete their work. Well of coarse I received a call from her balling here eyes out because she hates needles as it is. I call and talk to reception and she got me nowhere. Never again!

Been a patient there for years, as have many family members. Will NEVER return! Anyone with Anxiety, PTSD, not the place for you! If you cancel without a 24 hour notice (including on Friday for a Monday appt) they will only allow you to schedule same day appt only! For 6 months!! Lots of foreign, difficult to understand dentists, lots of new inexperienced dentists. Rude front desk staff. Difficult to get appts. Have too many patients. You become a number, not a person. Have had a botched root canal and lost one of my teeth also! Just not a business I will ever recommend!

Very prompt and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable before they started the procedure. And, continued to monitor me throughout the procedure.They answered all my questions and made sure I understood the follow up directions.

This place is unorganized. Both of my kids had appointments scheduled, which I scheduled over the phone. Received 2 confirmation emails and 1 reminder email, replied to all emails but somehow my appts were cancelled because THEY entered my number incorrectly and couldn’t reach me by phone to confirm even though I had already confirmed by email 3 times.
No efforts were made to fix the situation I was told that I would need to reschedule. Needless say, we will be going to a different company.

My appt today was awesome. My hygienist, Clare, was kind and very professional. I have lots of anxiety and she made the entire appt comfortable. I would definitely recommend!!

Prior to making an app w this clinic I asked about sedation methods, was told laughing gas is used and is enough most of the time. When I brought in my 4 year old, no laughing gas was used and it was a horror scene. Basically, they did not use laughing gas as I requested because she seemed " ok", but when they started to work on the tooth she was not ok with that at all. I had to hold her down, and she was in a fight or flight response. The job was ended by my request, it was sealed just to seal it. I was very displeased that they went against my desire of sedation method, if I would have known this I would have gotten a referral for a partial or complete sedation. Yes, there are risks to that but at least the job would be done in one go and the child does not get traumatized.
