The ladies at the reception desk are always helpful and courteous. I rarely have to wait as they keep things on schedule. The dentists are thorough and ensure they do everything they can to take care of any dental problems. The hygienists are friendly and make sure they exlplain what they are doing and let you know if they notice changes. AppleTree is the BEST dentist office experience I've had in my lifetime. On May 17, I had 8 teeth extracted by Dr. Arora. Thanks to her for making me feel comfortable and explaining the process thoroughly. But the best part was the extractions were painless I didn't feel a thing. Thank you so much Dr. Arora. I also wanted to thank Apple Tree Dental for being one of the very few places that accept Medical Assistance and also has a sliding fee for low income, without your kindness I would not be able to get any of this done. Not my experience but my girlfriends, she has been waiting two years for a bridge that's been approved but the dentist keeps doing root canals and other procedures that end up failing and they pull the teeth anyway, and all she wants is the teeth to be pulled and have her bridge so she can finally be out of pain and smile again I have had to sit by her side as she has gone through this and it truly is heartbreaking
