I hadn’t seen a dentist in way too long due to a huge fear from a bad experience I had years ago that stuck with me. Today was by far the BEST experience I’ve had with the dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist herself. all three of them were AMAZING! they made sure I was clear on what was happening in the moment & clear for the future plans & appointments. I 100% recommend them to anyone! the most kind & compassionate group of women to work with. being that my insurance isn’t covered my first appointment was free & I was able to easily set up plans for future payments. warm welcoming place with warm & welcoming staff.

I specifically asked for a teeth cleaning and verified that when I arrived with the receptionist. They took all my x-rays and then told me that they would sch a teeth cleaning for a later date. I made this apt last month so I could use my insurance before the end of the year just for a cleaning. I don't need xrays nor did I want them. I just need my teeth clean which they did not provide. I certainly hope they don't try to bill my ins for x-rays, a service I did not request. They certainly can do better at communicating as well as reviewing my charts and not ask me the same questions that I had already noted for them in my charts. Very disappointing experience. Will not be back.

Adding a review fir my Mom (May Overfors). she had her first appointment with Aspen Dental in Duluth Heights. Ease of scheduling and doing patient forms online is greatly appreciated.

Mom reported all staff from front office, exam room, doc, financial were very welcoming and friendly. Her dentist retired during Covid and she said she thinks she found a place. Mom was pleasantly surprised to have a woman dentist, first time to encounter and very happy!

I had a fantastic experience. I was a walk-in for an emergency and they were extremely helpful. I was waiting for around 30 minutes before they called me back. The staff were all working very fast but thorough. I was originally only getting a consultation but my pain was so severe that they allowed me to take a cancellation appointment on the spot and they pulled a tooth for me right away.

I was amazed. The appointment and x-rays were free and the price for extraction was very reasonable.

After suffering with this awful toothache, I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and excellent service that Aspen provided ! They gave me a comprehensive exam, and then after a discussion with Dr. Tran, she was able to remove the troubling and difficult molars on the same day. I am very thankful.

Was great, everyone is really nice and caring, with good equipment, work is done professional and caring. They care about our teeth not our money, so fair rates with very fast service. Thank you very much.

Sabrina is the best! I felt comfortable, she made me laugh with great conversation, was careful on my teeth, had good music, & overall a great vibe.

Jessie did a great job keeping me relaxed and making my cleaning comfortable. She's patient and kind. The staff helped me get an appointment asap so I could have it covered before my medical expires. Dr zimm was so wonderful at fixing my cavities that I didn't feel a single thing. I absolutely love this place

This dental office is the best office I have ever visited!
I have a terrible phobia, and worse teeth. I was so afraid to be seen, as I am fully embarrassed of the state of my teeth. I literally silently cried my whole visit! Not because I felt judged,but because I was safe to feel those things and treated so respectfully. Something I have never experienced before at the dental office.
Not only did they get me in when they had almost no openings, but they comforted and encouraged me the entire way.
Every member of staff supported me, and reassured me that even they had to have work done to get the smile they wanted. They almost literally cheered for me for just being there. They never lost patience with me, they checked in with me constantly, every single step of the way, to make sure I was okay. They created a fully nonjudgmental environment the entire visit. They remained professional and empathetic throughout all of it.
They created a transparent breakdown of the work I needed,cost, and provides a rational explanation for every procedure. Any time I questioned the necessity of a cost , they made it clear if I didn't want it they wouldn't do it. I had full control of what was to be prioritized based off of the concise assessment of my situation.
They provided referrals to all places that could support my needs on this journey and took things slow but efficiently.
I cannot stress enough that I have never looked forward to my dental appointments,but I do look forward to the care I am going to receive in an attempt to reach my ideal dental health.
