Went in for a bad tooth and a cleaning. The experience felt very corporate, the girl who got me started with the x-rays didn't seem like she knew what was going on, felt like they were trying to sell me what they wanted and not addressing why I came in in the first place. I ended up walking out before I even saw the doctor it was so ridiculous.

Be prepared to schedule multiple appointments and waste your time. I scheduled an appointment just to find out when I get there, they can't fit me in....it was just for a check up and cleaning. On top of that they stated they would have to set up an appointment for a check up, then a separate appointment for a cleaning. This happened to me the previous time when I started with them 2 years ago, but I was in pain and had to do what I had to do, which they just referred me to a specialist anyway. The same thing happen to my wife as she tried to start service at the same dentist because of convenience. Don't waste your time with this one, unsure how their rating is showing 4 stars.

I have not been to the dentist in years or 10 plus years and was very worried about how they were going to take care of me. But they were very polite and informed me what i had to do to get my smile back to the way it should be without having me feel like I have not taken care of my mouth very good. I would highly recommend them to anybody that does not have a dentist or has not been to the dentist in many years

I started going to this dental office about a month ago because they squeezed me into their schedule!! No other dentist would help me through the tooth pain! It was an amazing experience!! And I would highly recommend them!! They are very professional and made the experience wonderful for me!!

I have just started my "journey" of replacing my bottom denture that was lost while I was in the hospital. It's been 40+ years since I needed any dental work. It has been a pleasure working with the dentist and office staff at Aspen in Duluth, MN. They really care, help you make important decisions as easy as possible, and I can't thank them enough for being so understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone wondering who they should chose for dental work.

if you wanna move to a new office they make you wait 10 days until they can transfer your paper work via EMAIL!!! I REPEAT IT WILL TAKE THEM 10 DAYS TO SEND ONE EMAIL!!!!!! not worth it. Happy to be going to a new dentist.

When I arrived I got right in at my appointment time. Didn't have to wait at all. I had a great hygienist who did a great job in cleaning my teeth. Very friendly and explained what she was doing. Made my experience a pleasant one.

The denture experience has been very uneasy for me but the staff, Dr., and financing gal all were so helpful and it took a great deal of stress off of me during this process. Dr.Tiffany could not have made me more comfortable. They are very professional and very helpful. I felt like they really cared about me. I highly recommend them.
