Aspen Dental

I left there today more confused about whats wrong with my teeth than when I went in. And trying to schedule appointments was very difficult, with the appointments I do have, I'm not even sure the tooth with pain is being addressed. Yes, I understand I should have had better mouth hygiene than brushing twice a day, but now I have a problem and I'm not sure its being addressed but they're sure they are billing me thousands of dollars and I cant get a referral or a defined care plan... not to mention the dentist "who needs to do the work" only works 3 days a week.

Most amazing dental practice I’ve ever encountered. I was in dire need of a emergency extraction and these professionals made it happen! What shocked me the most was the way they operate. Straight forward caring and professional. I will highly recommend Aspen Dental. Tiff and the crew are phenomenal for helping me last minute.

Dr. Tiffany is amazing. She explains everything and made me feel comfortable. It was recommended that I get a deep cleaning, which after I found out what was involved was pretty scared to have it done. I met Dr. Shawna who was going to do my deep cleaning, and felt a relief knowing she has 26 yrs. experience. Totally recommend Aspen Dental, they have a friendly team with experience!!!

Amazing staff and service! I woke up in terrible pain and they squeezed me in on what seemed like an already busy schedule. All staff were so helpful and kind. By far the best dentist I have ever visited. I won’t be going elsewhere from now on. ☺️

I have had alot of dental work/ issues with teeth. The fillings I've received are pretty much invisible after Aspen dental. Color matching is great and the people are very proffesional/ nice. Prices for some things seem a little more than others but the quality is great.

I don't like the dentist much at all. I walked in with much anticipation like I normally would. Well, to my surprise they were so warm and welcoming. I have extra bone in my mouth and on the roof of my mouth, its always so painful to get my X-Rays done. The lady held them and was so gentle. I didn't even have to ask. It was the first time ever that extra care has been taken. Then my exam was good as well. When I went back for my cavity fill and cleaning, they were amazing! I would highly recommend them. I am looking forward to my 4 month check up.

I love Dr. Tiff, the whole staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Emma (?) in the finance office was so great! She did everything to find a time that was convenient for me for the next appointment. She went through all the finances, what would be paid by insurance, and my responsibility. Took as much time as I needed to look at my calendar to make the appointment happen. Super great to talk to.

They fixed my plate, but then had to refer me to another dentist

I have tried to schedule an appointment here thrice. The first time, they canceled due to staffing shortages. Understandable during covid.
They canceled the second time for the same reason, but the woman who called was also quite rude to me on the phone.
I thought I'd give them another chance. I tried to schedule an appointment during their business hours on a Monday. I called several times and got no answer so I left a message that I'd like to make an appt asap, please return my call.
No return call was made.
The following morning I received an email notification that I have a 3pm appt. Ive never heard of anyone scheduling an appointment without speaking to the patient. Naturally I need to rearrange meetings and such before I just skip out of work, so I called to explain. Again, no answer, left a message. A woman called back and literally yelled at me about how I keep canceling appointments and she DID call me yesterday (she did not, no missed calls or voice mails) on and on. I've never spoken to a ruder woman in my life.
I scheduled with a dentist 2 hours away and it will be worth the drive never to deal with this unprofessional sh1tshow again.

I was delighted and so happy to get in with an appointment within 2 hours, as I was having a lot of tooth pain. I got in and was happy did all my exrays was great and the exams were awesome great staff everything was going great! Turned my pain I needed tooth pulled so they gave me my shot numbed me up and then put me in the green room I sat there almost 2 hours and no one came to check on me, several staff walked pass this room over a dozen times no one asked me how I was doing or said, wow your still here, after about hour and half I walked out and found my doctor asked her how much longer would I be waiting, she ohhhhhh as the look told me they and she forgot about me, she said oh I gues I won’t be able to get to you today and took me out to reschedule. Not a sorry nothing just told me they did not have time, after I was told they would extract the tooth and take care of me. Instead I sat in the green for almost 2 hours! Now I have to wait until September 18 and I’m in pain!!!! This was awful!
