By far one of the best dentist offices I have been to. Recently moved out here to Duluth the staff were extremely friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me and did a very thorough exam/cleaning. Would highly recommend. My team consisted of Dr. Tiffany, Sabrina hygienist and Breanna

I was very impressed with Aspen dental. I had a major toothache for a few days that would not go away. I decided to call aspens emergency line. The staff was very friendly and was able to get me to virtually see a dentist on my phone, who was able to prescribe me something for the pain and antibiotics to get me some relief until my appointment this Monday to get it taken care of. I felt like everyone I spoke with genuinely cared. Looking forward to getting this tooth taken care of on Monday!

I have been searching for non-judgmental dentist for a long time one that cares about what your want to accomplish. From the very first visit the staff has been very professional and understanding to my situation. The first time I have ever wanted to go see the dentist because of how they treat you. I am a person who has issues going to the dentist and they made me feel less terrible about the state of my teeth. They are compassionate and very helpful in trying to find you the cheapest but safest option. I didnt feel pressured into anything and actually told me it's not as bad as you think. The staff are very gentle, whether it's in the chair or filling out paperwork. The financial worker lady tried every Avenue she could to help me get a good deal when I didnt qualify for the credit stuff. Thank you so much

My husband went in for an appointment I told them that he had a tooth that needed to be extracted when we got there he was in there for like 15 minutes he came out he said well that was a wasted appointment he said I said why and he says well I go back in like three weeks and then they’re going to take it out my husband has been in pain for like three weeks already he has a semi driver he is only here on Mondays in town so it’s very hard to get him appointments I was very disappointed that they could not extract the tooth today when I told him that that’s what needed to be done. So now he hast to be in pain for another three weeks before the tooth can be extracted. I just didn’t understand why they couldn’t just pull it out?

So, what I will see first and foremost is that ever person I’ve interacted with here has been incredibly friendly. However, I started my Invisalign treatment last November and it’s been a major headache throughout the entire process. 3-4 times I have called to confirm an appointment only to find that appointment has mysteriously disappeared on their calendar which results in my treatment times for Invisalign being extended weeks, but at this point it’s resulted in extending my treatment time months. For instance, I’ve been wearing the same set of retainers since the end of April, it’s now nearly august. I just received an email stating they needed to reschedule my appt for next week only to find that ONCE AGAIN, they didn’t even have me on their schedule at all. When I DO make it to my scheduled appointments, they tell me when scheduling it’s for one thing, then when I get there they do something else completely so I never actually know what exactly I’m coming in for which is a problem because I leave work for these appts and need to know how long I’m going to be out of the office for. The office staff is nice and the hygienists have all been great but the complete lack of professionalism and organization is extremely frustrating. I don’t usually write reviews, especially bad ones but I’m just so over it. Please please please get your staff/scheduling on the same page to limit future confusion and frustration.

I have been beyond happy with this company and location! Everyone that works here is SO AMAZING and CARING! I hadn't been to the dentist in years and didn't care if I ever did again, but the staff at this location made me feel welcome, kept me calm and genuinely cared about helping me!

I was sure my teeth were beyond repair as I hadn't seen a dentist in years. But the team at Aspen Dental (especially Dr. Tiffany and Stacey) really made a difference. It was very reasonably priced and they walked me through the entire process step-by-step and I couldn't be happier to have my smile back. They were also very understanding and patient with my terrible dental anxiety. Thanks!

I'm very happy with my experience at Aspen Dental. I was able to get an exam appointment set up online which was fast and easy. They were able to do the exam and get me in for an extraction the same day! Having teeth pulled is never something to look forward to but I had a positive experience and am grateful for a smooth process.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Took my family of 4 here , paid everything and made SURE I paid everything at time if service. Asked numerous times. Months later I get a refund check for over $300 dollars saying I over paid. 2 years later I'm now getting 2 collection notices saying I owe over $500 each?! I called Aspen and they can't do anything since it's in collections?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Underhanded dealings and probably illegal. Stay away from them!
