Made an appointment was told to confirm 3 ways a email a text and a phone call they say they called me and they canceled my appointment on the day I was due to go because I didn't call them to confirm my appointment but told me they called me when they didn't phone records show they didn't called or even give me a number to call then women says he left a voice message which also is not on my phone
