Brook West Family Dentistry - Maple Grove

I chipped a good portion of 2 of my teeth Saturday night. Dr Guerinaer and dental assistant Musu did an amazing job fixing my teeth today. They made it look like nothing happened. Thank you so much!

My family have been patients of Brook West for over 10 years. In that time we have run the gamut of the services that Brook West provides, from root canals, cosmetic smile changes, an implant, to routine care and maintenance. Rebecca, G, and Jess are our wonderful, attentive and knowledgeable hygienists and they treat us like family when we are there.

We recently changed from insured to self pay and were introduced to Brook West's internal plan for non-insured patients. For a one time fee, the routine care provided is amazing and covers 2 cleanings and exams per year. There is a substantial and very fair discount if anything additional is uncovered or found to be necessary for our oral health.

Within our family, we see every one of the Doctors. Dr. Wang, Dr. Domaas and Dr. Barsky, they show a level of professionalism, honesty and care that we continue to witness and appreciate again and again.

The front office staff is another amazing extension of this team. Reminders for appointments, realistic payment options and an understanding of insurance companies and the games they can often play, as they fight for their patients to make sure... what should be covered, is covered. Thanks to David, Lori, Jen and Susan for your assistance over the years.

I have been coming to Brook West for several years now and have always had great experiences. I always seem to be lucky enough to have G as my dental hygienist, always so personable and friendly! Everyone I've interacted with is the same way. Really enjoy my time being apart of the Brook West "family!"

G, my dental hygienist, is very personable and he does an awesome job of explaining what the visit will entail and answering all of my questions; the administration staff is very prompt and courteous; and Dr. Domaas has the perfect blend of competence and compassion. Brook West Family dentistry is always a friendly and welcoming environment to go to. I recently had an a dental cleaning with 'G', who was very thorough and helpful to my needs and concerns in regard to my dental health. I also had my wisdom teeth removed here as well, and it was such a smooth and painless process!

On a 3 month schedule for teeth cleaning (ugh), but G does a great job and is very personable throughout the process despite my whining! Everyone is very friendly here.
