Brook West Family Dentistry - Maple Grove

Brook West has been providing my care for many years. I recently saw Dr. Barsky for my exam and Rebecca for my hygiene visit. They were both very thorough and gave me some good tips. I was greeted by familiar faces (Lori and David) and appreciate all the extra steps they are doing to provide a top notch service and experience.

Best experience ever with a dentist and I'm a senior citizen. I had a toothache overnight that just would not go away. I had never used Brook West and I needed an extraction on a neglected tooth. I called their office around 4 p.m., was at the reception desk at 4:10 p.m. and on my way home, happy and pain free at 4:50 p.m. State of the art check in, Friendly staff and Dentists who really know their craft made this the best dental experience of a lifetime for me. I have always had great service from this dental office. They are professional, kind and informative. Although I moved away from Maple Grove over a year ago and my drive time is now 45mins instead of 5mins , I plan to continue my dental care at Brook West.

My experience with Nicole and Dr Barsky was great. I have some anxiety at dentist appointments and they really took the time to listen to me and made accommodations to make me more comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back in the future.

Brook West Family Dentistry has been my dental care home for more than 25 years. Even though I moved away a few years ago, I won’t even consider changing dentists or hygienists, so drive 180 miles (one way) for my dental care. “G” is the my hygienist. He is friendly, thorough, gentle and truly takes pride in his work. Likewise, Dr. Eric Wang has overseen my dental care consistently for many years. While I generally have not required more than regular cleanings, when the need has arisen for other work, Dr. Wang is excellent! He checks in and inspects my teeth at every cleaning, advises me of things he sees as potential future needs and is friendly, kind, dedicated. I hear others talk about dreading their dental appointment. Not me! I look forward to seeing this excellent team of professionals who keep me smiling!

I came to Brook West Dental this summer looking to get veneers on my upper teeth and wanting a natural nicer looking smile. I am 100% happy with going to Brook West to get the work done. Lori was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me in regards to cost, as well as being helpful with scheduling appointments.

I had my teeth done by Dr. Domaas. The whole process was easy and I never had a single worry throughout the entire process because of how thorough & professional Dr. Domaas, Cindy, and Musu were during my appointments.

They took every step to ensure that my smile would look beautiful & natural and answered every question that I had. I appreciate how patient every one at Brook West was and how they treated me. I found it to be enjoyable to come here! I absolutely recommend Brook West Dental because of the outstanding care they provide. Update: Saw G today for my routine cleaning & he was very kind. It was a pleasant visit! He explained everything to me clearly & gave me advice on how to up my dental regimen. Very friendly service and great dental hygienist, thanks G !

Although they are out of network for me I am so happy I heard about Dr Wang and his staff through the Nextdoor app. I have been looking for a provider who does it all and I felt more than comfortable that I was in great hands.

Everyone from the initial appt to checking in, his dental assistant and Dr. Wang, and lastly Jen were all more than helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Wang patiently listened to my concerns and provided me with a dental plan to solve my pain and concerns. Thank you to everyone!

I moved to MN a couple of years ago and needed a new dentist. After reading the reviews on their webpage I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad I did! My experience has always been truly wonderful. Dr. Wang, staff, hygienists, and dental assistants provide top notch care! They are competent professionals, kind, accommodating, and really take the time to listen to one’s needs, and to discuss the most suitable treatment options. I also appreciate the fact that all fees for treatments recommended are disclosed upfront. BrookWest is definitely a team of great professionals providing outstanding care and service to their patients.

I've been coming to Brook West a little over two years now and have been very impressed with ever facet of the experience. The staff upfront are always extremely pleasant and efficient. I've never had a long wait and even if you're the second person in line, someone else will step in to make sure you are well taken care of. They easily handle billing, scheduling, and thankfully, deal directly with insurance so I never have to. Dr. Wang is so personable and knowledgeable. He never recommends any unnecessary treatment and is very practical. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I've had G as a hygienist on multiple occasions and he has been very pleasant, friendly, and talks you through the entire process of what to expect. Overall, very pleasant experience with this clinic. I highly recommend as a primary or even if you just want to get a second opinion on a procedure.
