Brook West Family Dentistry - Maple Grove

I switched to Brook West about 2 years ago, and have had the pleasure of having Dr. Barsky and his assistant Anna take care of my teeth since then.
They are excellent professionals in their craft, and a joy to talk to during my visits. Both are humorous and engaging, and make me feel very relaxed and confident during any procedures. I highly recommend this dental practice, and am very happy with the quality work done by these two.

I have gone to Brookwest Family Dentistry for 10 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My hygienist, G, is wonderful. Always nice and personable and does a great job on my teeth. I really hate going to any dentist (always have!) but they make it much more comfortable for me. We see Dr Wong and I can’t say enough good things about him. My 2 kids have also gone there since they were very young. They always do a good job explaining things and making it fun for them. Would highly recommend this clinic!

My husband and I just started going here and we have had a great experience! Traci and Fatima were excellent hygienists. They were very detailed and helpful and made us feel comfortable. Cindy the dental assistant went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to educate me on my dental health. The dentist was very gentle and friendly. Overall we are very impressed. We will be regulars ;).

I had 2 teeth prepped for crowns today and the appointment was easy, painless. Dr. Barsky and Anna are just terrific. I am so impressed with the professionalism and technology in this office. Highly recommend Brook West Family Dentistry!

I'm the biggest chicken in the world when my teeth & gums are in the spotlight. The doctors and staff understand, and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. They gently guide you into excellent health. I just returned home after completing another successful crown today; easy breezy. No pain, no fear, no worries. I've found a safe haven for my well being, both physically and mentally. The front office staff gently welcomes you with efficiency, kindness, and joy. As you walk toward your team’s office space, you may hear a ‘good morning’ or see several smiling eyes. My team, Dr. Wang, Gina, Jess, they are extraordinary people; proficient, brilliant, professional, and kind with tender hearts. They care about you, not only as a dental patient, but also as a human being. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the courage to smile again.

As a new patient at Brook West Family Dentistry, I was so pleased at the professional and outstanding treatment. First, I saw a great hygienist named “G”. He was very throughout and even pointed out a suspect spot on my lip that he strongly recommended be looked at by a Doctor (so glad he did, as it did require treatment). Second, I had a crown and a filling done by Dr. Smith and his assistant, Joyce. They both were excellent, personable, and the work done was some of the best I have experienced. Also, David and Samantha at the front desk were very helpful, efficient and pleasant. Can’t thank them all enough for making my transition to a new practice a good experience. I highly recommend Brook West Family Dentistry.

I am truly excited to have found my new dental family. Dr. Barsky and Shauna made me feel like I have been coming here for years. Which means a lot since I just moved here to be with my kids and grandchildren after retiring from out of state. I had previously been with my dentist office for the last 50 years ! From my first phone call, to insurance info and dental records sent and my initial appointment with hygienist Rebecca. Dr. Barsky and Shauna made sure I was always comfortable, explained what he was doing and why. Answered all my questions and concerns. So from the young man who greets me at the door, and my thank you by name from another when I leave, this has been such a wonderful sigh of relief. The entire office made me feel so welcome.

Our family loves Brook West! The dental cleanings are thorough and Nicole was very informative and caring in what I need to work on to keep my teeth & gums healthy. My scheduled appointments are always on-time, the office organized & clean and I felt comfortable & safe.

As a nervous patient who had gone 4+ years without dental care, Anna G. and Dr. Barsky made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the 5 appointments required during my repair journey. They were very communicative and friendly. All in all it was much less scary than I expected, in no small part due to the professionalism, kindness and attention of all staff I encountered during my visits. I felt I was in the most capable and highly skilled of hands.

Also, I don't have dental coverage with my insurance so I took advantage of their Healthy Advantage Plan and was able to save hundreds of dollars on the 10+ cavity repairs I needed.
