I have been visiting Brook West Family Dentistry for a few year’s now, with Dr. Max Barsky and have always had a great experience, all their hygienist do a fantastic job, they are detailed and friendly. In the past I have been attended by Jessica and she is super sweet, and in my most recent visit G was my hygienist and he was super friendly, and did a great job as well!

My hygienist, Kelli, was absolutely wonderful…thorough, gentle, listened/responded and kept me comfortable with my sensitive teeth. If your like me, it’s worth the $30.00 for numbing gel for cleanings. My daughter recommended this clinic and Dr. Max and so far, after my first consultation appointment and today’s cleaning, I am extremely impressed with the friendly staff and efficient on-line system for all paperwork.
My fear of dental work is lessening because of my experience with Brook West! A huge thank you to the team.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and efficient, it makes the whole experience pleasant and stress-free.
The dental hygienist I had today was amazing. The last time I had my teeth cleaned at a different place I literally couldn’t even tell a difference. I thought my teeth were as good as they were going to get.
However, today after my cleaning I cannot believe how much better my teeth look!!! And they feel so smooth too. All in all just a lovely experience at this place. 10/10

From the moment I walked into the door everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The hygienist was very thorough, helpful, and communicative with the over health of my teeth. Explained and showed me X-rays of all of my teeth and talked through everything involved with that.
The dentist, Dr. Wang, is also very professional, communicative, and thorough. He very clearly explained everything in detail and made sure the plan for my dental care was clear and understood.

He explains what he believes is the best course of action to follow and his work is top notch! At my last visit Nicole did my cleaning and did an excellent job as well!

Dr Wang and Gina are truly the best. I am an older patient with a fear of dentists (from old school dentistry back when I was young. Dr Wang and Gina are kind and patient, and always checking yo make sure I am ok and quick to make adjustments at any hint of fear or discomfort. Best of all, they are amazing at what they do. I have needed a lot of work and (not to disparage my last dentist) Dr Wang's work is outstanding. HIs attention to detail is like none I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Dr Wang and his assistant Gina to everyone I meet. I am so grateful they practice here in Maple Grove!

Had Gum Surgery with Dr Klump. Had to wait several months fro the appt. When I finally got the surgery, Needed to get a "quick few minute" post-op appt which I had to wait a month for as he only is at the Practice once a week made the appt 4 weeks after surgery because he was gone for a week. Go figure 45 minutes before my appt I get a call saying it's cancelled. Now earliest appt was two weeks out because he isn't in the their office again. Unacceptable to cancell a "quick few minute appt" 45 min prior to my arrival. Scheduler was rude and said I could see a regular dentist but it was recommended I see the specialist. Brookwest's website has in red letters that they ask a 24 hour appt cancel or reschedule but yet the dentist can give a 45minute prior notice to cancel appts?

Awesome experience here! Dr.Wang is one of the best dentist I’ve had.He is attentive, personable and easy to understand in explaining my dental needs. His assistant Gosheng is so thoughtful and helpful to keep me at ease. I enjoyed our conversations. Lastly, hygienist Jess is super also. She went above and beyond to offer me solutions in improving my own dental self care as a preventive measure. Ah ha moments are the best!
