Everything went smoothly today. Tomorrow John will call me to let me know when my next appointment will be and what the order of plan is. I asked for an idea of the cost. Hoping he will be able to give me some information on that also. I left with a smile on my face and everyone was quite knowledgeable. I would recommend the students to everyone.

Dillon, John, Kay, and Brian (or maybe it was Brandon) were each very patient and kind with me. The only complaint I have is that I tried to talk to the instructor about having TMJ surgery and he wasn't helpful. Maybe he doesn't do the maxillofacial surgery thing, but it would've been great to be pointed to the right person who could take care of that for me, and it felt like I wasn't. Dr. Martin was more understanding, and suggested we could look into it after my cleaning, etc., but my mother and I had been rear-ended less than two miles from my place; so I had to call to tell them I was going to be late. As a result of being late for my appointment, my fillings were done by John(?), and I didn't have Dr. Martin checking his work; it was another instructor. He didn't seem interested in helping me set up a consultation for TMJ surgery. However, I understand that it was getting on to dinnertime, and when you've been working all day, and you need a break before you go to your private-practice job. I also understand that being a student is exhausting, since I did college, too.
All-in-all, great job to everyone who worked with me! I know I can be a lot to handle, especially when you're getting hungry and you need your dinner break, but y'all were very kind to me, and I apologize that I didn't get to brush and floss after breakfast, before I came in.

I’ve had a wonderful two years with the yellow clinic. My dental hygienist Trevor G. will be graduating in May so I am sad but I know I will continue to have a wonderful experience with my future visits. All of the staff are full of life. I’m forever thankful.

Today’s session went okay. X-rays were taken and there was a further examination of a problem tooth. It all went fairly smoothly. I will be back soon for dealing with a small cavity.

As usual, best place ever to get dental care; warm, personable, conscientious and at a significant savings! Only place I'll ever go!!

Great experience. Messed up my days and came a week early, but the receptionist was amazing managed to squeeze me in. My doctor was very professional, friendly and figured out my toothache. Prices were reasonable and going back to see the same doctor for a cleaning and cavity filled. I do recommend giving yourself a little extra time to figure out the parking ramp/tunnel ahead of your appointment in case you get lost like me!

Worst experience yet! I was turned away and my appointment was cancelled without my acknowledgment. The reception have the audacity to tell me that another open appointment is in 3 months. This is ridiculous and not the best way to provide the best experience for patients. If you want to have a toothache, they’ll make you wait 3 months for you to get checked. Another 2 months wait if you want to get your teeth taken care of. Take your teeth elsewhere to get it taken care of. You might be lucky if you’re white.

I'm usually terrified to go to the dentist, but the U of M dental students made my appointment pleasant and painless. Andy Aldrich explained everything to me in a way I could understand, which put me at ease. I would definitely recommend going here for your next appointment!
