Just had my very first root canal done here and it was a great experience. I had Mallory Hackbarth and she was wonderful. Really calmed my nerves and was super gentle. She even played me my favorite music to calm my nerves. Definitely will be getting my future dental work done here! ✔

I have been a patient with The University of Minnesota since a teenager. This past year they have rescheduled my appointment multiple times, adding up to an entire year of not getting my surgery. Today, I go to my appointment 3 minutes late and they refused to see me even after I called 20 minutes prior to notify them I was stuck in the snow and would be 5 minutes late. The scheduler then tried to reschedule my appointment too far out once again after I made it to the clinic and explained that I was told I would be seen after I called to notify about my attendance.
